Villa Serenity is located in the beautiful Dalmatian village of Rovanjska, near Starigrad and Paklenica National Park, offering the perfect blend of luxury, modern architecture, and Mediterranean charm. With 275 m2 of elegantly designed living space situated on a 573 m2 property, the villa can accommodate up to 12 guests. It provides complete privacy, premium comfort, and breathtaking sea views from almost every room. The beautiful beach and crystal-clear sea are only 500 meters away, approximately a 5-7 minute walk or less than 2 minutes by car.

On the ground floor, guests will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen featuring everything needed for a carefree stay and preparing delicious meals, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, wine cooler, ice maker, and a wide range of cooking and dining utensils. Next to the kitchen is a spacious dining area with seating for 12 guests, as well as an elegant living room furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV, and PlayStation 4. The ground floor also features two air-conditioned bedrooms sharing one modern bathroom. On the upper floor, there are four elegantly decorated bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and TV. The villa offers a total of six bedrooms – two rooms with double beds measuring 180x200 cm and the remaining rooms with eight single beds measuring 90x200 cm. All rooms are air-conditioned, and guests additionally have access to a washing machine, iron, and free Wi-Fi.

A special highlight of the villa is its carefully designed outdoor area, fully fenced to ensure maximum privacy throughout your stay. Guests can enjoy a heated 45 m2 swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, as well as a jacuzzi perfect for relaxing during warm summer evenings. The landscaped courtyard with sea views and private parking for three cars further enhances the feeling of luxury and comfort. Thanks to its peaceful location and excellent amenities, Villa Serenity is the ideal choice for a family holiday, gatherings with friends, or a luxurious escape from everyday life. Pets are allowed upon request, while younger groups are welcome with prior approval.

Rovanjska is a charming Dalmatian village located on the coast of the Novigrad Sea, known for its crystal-clear waters, stunning sunsets, and relaxing Mediterranean atmosphere. Due to its proximity to Paklenica National Park, the area is perfect for lovers of active holidays, hiking, cycling, rafting, and exploring natural beauties. Restaurants, bars, and shops are located nearby, while Zadar and its airport are only a short drive away. Guests can enjoy numerous activities such as diving, sailing, fishing, bike rentals, wine tours, and exploring historic Dalmatian towns and landmarks.
