Cozy cottage with convenient parking directly outside the door. When you enter, you have an open plan kitchen and living room, which makes it feel spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable holiday. The living room has large windows facing the lake and here there is a comfortable sofa bed where two of the sleeping places are. TV with chromecast is available.Via the patio door you come out onto the large patio deck that runs around half the house. Here you can sit and relax during the day and have cozy barbecue dinners. In the bedroom there is a family bed, where the lower bed is 140 cm and the upper bed 90 cm and behind the drapery you have storage options. Nice and fresh bathroom with shower. In a few minutes you go down to Lake Flaten, where you will find the jetty and the rowing boat if you would like to take a fishing trip on the lake. Fishing license must be purchased.The house is close to SE05044, SE05071 and SE05072 which can be rented at the same time if you are many.To see and do in Virserum and the surrounding areaAround the corner from the house, a family runs a cozy little pizzeria and bakery called "Bageriet Björkaholm" where you can buy really good Italian and French pizzas, flammkuchen or why not fresh rolls for breakfast.You can drive to Virserum in just a few minutes. Here you will find a grocery store, a pizzeria, art museums and the Dackestupet ski area with the opportunity to indulge in trail cycling, technical training, bike tours, trail running and various hikes along trails.Take the children to Astrid Lindgren World in Vimmerby, about 20 minutes away, and visit Pippi Longstocking and Emil in Lönneberga, among others. Meet the moose in the park in Virum. Here you can go into the enclosure and pet the moose. If you want to wash gold and go into a closed old mine, you can go to Kleva mine.You can also go to the beautiful coastal town of Västervik and take a boat trip out into the fantastic archipelago.Good to know about the accommodation.* Bed linen and towels are NOT available in the house – please bring your own.* Final cleaning is NOT included in the price so the house MUST be cleaned before departure.* Electricity is included in the price during week 18-39* Electricity is NOT included in the price during week 40-17 and is paid directly to the house owner before departure.
