"Aunque tuve al llegar molestias dado a que llamé para avisar que llegaba tarde de mi check in, cuando llegue mi habitación estaba sin hacer así que me acomodaron en otra y desde ahí súper bien. En acomodación he bajado mi puntuación dado a que el clima estuvo fuerte(calor) y no había aire acondicionado y la habitación estaba ardiendo de calor. "No air-conditioning, dead flys in room on floor and window sills in stairway and room. Room tiny and was ridiculously hot. Stains on carpet, pillowcase and towels. The cold water tap did not work on sink or in shower. Honestly one of the worst stays of my life."

"The property is very clean, beautiful and well refurbished and right in the heart of Marlow. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food itself (breakfast) was a bit poor but OK. We didn't have any hot water to take a shower unfortunately but stayed only 1 night anyway. The room itself which was the only one available during booking was very very snug and air circulation at night made a bit stuffy but we would visit again , hopefully get a bigger room and hot water."

"Staff were welcoming, very friendly and efficient. The hotel was rather dated and looked tired, especially the rooms, although they were clean. The use of a guest lounge with tea, coffee and water was a bonus, although provisions hadn’t been topped up, nor the area tidied when we used it in the evening. More Choice of games would have been nice, too. Given the spectacular and unique location, the grounds appeared very neglected, apart from around the restaurant area. Very expensive for what...
