"Love the inn is so close to the river, very lovely view and walk along it. Excellent food served at the inn and all the staff were very friendly during our stay. The door to our room was a bit stiff and hard to get into, and the bathroom ceiling was a bit mouldy, but other than that the stay was so wonderful and we would definitely come back again."

"Our checkin was good! Room was lovely and spacious. Bathroom was good. Slept well on the nice big bed.
Breakfast was very good and Mila our server was friendly, kind and welcoming!! Enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. "

"Hotel is just so lovely. Extremely clean and beautifully presented. Breakfast was excellent. Parking a little difficult to find, as no clear markings but once located, it was good.

"Our bedroom was tastefully decorated and clean. It was a spacious room, with a good ensuite bathroom.
The bed was comfortable, with nice bedding.
The breakfast menu was exrensive, with some great options. Our food was well cookwd and tasty.
All of the hotel.staff were friendly, professional and helpful"

"I arrived late at night, it was a bit of effort to find the exact place of my Room at the property site as there was no Counter Service late at night.
Driveway at the rear of the Property is very rough, definitely can be improved by Owner."

"We had a wonderful visit only marred by problems of cleanliness in our room.
The reception staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. They were friendly, helpful and when they said something would be done, it was.
The food was excellent and service prompt but unobtrusive. Will definitely return.

"Set in a most beautiful part of the Malverns, this hotel is quaint and full of charm. The food is excellent and all staff are helpful and welcoming. We stayed here whilst visiting the Autumn Show and are planning to stay here again next year. "
