"Staff at Serenity Terraces Beach Hotel-Kokrobite were responsive and accommodating during my 2-day stay. "Great staff! Daniel front desk agent was great! He made me feel at home. He took time to explain everything about the hotel and walked the room and explained how everything works. From my hospitality background this hotel blew my mind. Food was also great! Staff very nice."

"El hôtel está en mal estado, la cama dura, las almohadas duras, el lavabo tapado."
