"el concierge me ayudo muchisimo, me hizo varias reservas y hasta me ayudo a descargar grab que es como uber. fue excepcional el staff, el desayuno rico y muy variado. la ubicacion segura y enfrente del centro comercial, fue perfecto."

"I wouldn't say this is a 5 star, but more like a 4 star. At check-in they assigned me a dirty room (not cleaned from previous guests).
