Some good aspects of this place: it is large, private, and mostly clean. But ... Overall property condition is old and dilapidated. Examples - the driveway has potholes so large that it is almost impassible for low clearance cars, many of the landscape lights are broken and just laying down, several drain stops are missing, the painted plywood exterior walls are an eyesore, cigarette butts, trash, broken items all over the property, front concrete bench is in three pieces, tennis court unusable, etc. Air conditioner was only operational for half the house. Very warm in other half.The jacuzzi never worked properly. Could not get water temp above 90 degrees.Despite keeping all our food in the refrigerator, we had ants all over the kitchen countertop and battled them constantly.No hair dryer on premises.No kitchen towels, hand towels or wash clothes in the bathrooms.Many kitchen drawers are broken and fall off the track and onto the floor if you open them.Trash at the end of the driveway appeared weeks old, smelly, full and attracting ants, wasps and flies.The grill rack was so rusty we refused to let food touch it, so we went and bought aluminum foil and covered the rusty rack. The grill igniter was missing, so that we lit the grill with a wooden stick we found. We transferred fire from the stovetop burner to the grill using the burning stick.Foosball table had multiple broken/missing pieces.Some swimming pool tiles are broken and very sharp. Jewel - Not
