"Very pretty looking coach house placed in the centre of town with its own parking.Extremely clean rooms. Good cooked breakfast to start day. Prefect place to stay while visiting the area."

"This place is truly unique. We were met at reception and shown to the breakfast room and various lounges, then to our room. All had spectacular views. There are tea and coffee making facilities in a kitchen area (as well as in the room) and an honesty bar. All are decorated to a 5-star standard. We ate at the local pub a short walk away along with other residents and had a very pleasant evening. "We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. "

There was no fridge to keep water cold and milk from going off, . In the bathroom the toilet seat was really loose and the sink is so tiny it was impossible to have a wash. "Room was perfect for the two of us. Light and airy. Window that opened to let in the breeze, welcome in the hot weather we were lucky to have. Ensuite with shower very welcome and easy to use. Handy fridge in room and also tv and wifi. Tea and coffee making facilities provided. Large car park and easy access. Breakfast provided and cooked perfectly after self serve cereal selection. "Had a great one night stay with good size room for my family of four. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Although breakfast is not included, it is available and made it easy in the morning to have a good meal. The location is ideal to visit Pembroke Castle or take a ferry."
