"Great location with well-appointed amenities. An overall excellent value. The only two things I would caution future guests about are the noise from the two bars located directly behind the property and the lack of soundproofing between units. While neither was a major issue for my husband and me, I do think they're worth mentioning. "This was a very sweet space. They thought of everything! There are a few things within walking distance, but it is a little farther out from the French Quarter area. That said, it is also more affordable than other places! There is offstreet parking, which is nice, but believe it when they say only small cars will fit!"

"The condo was exceptionally clean and tidy. Even though I didn’t use the provided toiletries because of my sensitive skin, I found that to be a good thing. Assigned parking was great, and access to the unit was very easy. I would suggest replacing the pots and pans because they are scratched. Because there is a restaurant below the unit, it did get a little noisy, and we could hear the people above us walking around. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here."

"I love the property. The parking and finding the unit would be very difficult without the very diligent instructions the property manager provided. Made things so much easier. Great communication. Only issue we had was sleeping in the pull-out sofa bed - the streetlights make it very bright in the living room at night (where sofa bed located). If had black out shades I would add an additional star ;-)"

"A cute, spacious and newly renovated apartment that is nicely appointed with everything needed for a great stay. I would not necessarily consider it walkable but it is in a downtown neighborhood that is convenient to many of Charleston's restaurants and attractions."

"We split our time in Charleston between a hotel downtown and this condo. It was perfect for our family, especially on days we were accessing our car to visit outlying areas. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood nearby as well as longer walks to the heart of King Street. The condo was very comfortable, modern, and clean. Communication with management was exceptional. I look forward to visiting again!"
