  • The home is a large family house. There are 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have king beds. One bedroom has king bed and full size bed. One bedroom has queen bed. There are 2 large living areas along with a large eat in kitchen. Beautiful large yard for cornhole, kids to run and play. The yard is no close to the road so can be enjoyed by all and safely. The beautiful porch is so nice for sitting, relaxing and enjoying the country settting. Aitch boat launch is only a mile away for launching a boat or fishing from the bank. Seven points recreation area is about 5 miles north on route 26. There is a beach area at Seven points and bike trails.

The house was clean well stocked nice location the welcome basket was a nice touch we stay in Raystown each summer to ride the lake with our boat this house had to be the nicest we stayed in.

Weekend stay for recreational activities at Raystown Lake. This is our second time staying at this location and it was perfect for our needs.

We loved this place so much that we are already planning our stay for next year. It was super clean, had a nice large yard and fire pit. It had everything we needed and more.

Cozy family place

This was a good place to stay. Not fancy, but comfortable and convenient to water activities. Owner was very responsive to our needs.

This is our 4th year staying at The Guest House. It is perfect for us. It is always clean and ready to go! The location is great, as it is close to a boat ramp. There is plenty of parking for our boats too.

Lambert family vacation

This was a great quiet spot for the family to enjoy themselves in between our other planned activities in the Raystown Lake area. This house has a lot of things to do in it, games ect.

Great spot for Raystown.

Close to the lake and fairly close to Walmart and Sheetz. Plenty of room for the kids inside and out.

Lots of room and conveniently located

The house was perfect for our large group of friends. Plenty of room to spread out, nice area in the back to have a fire and grill. Despite being in a fairly rural area, it was still close fairly close to stores and Raystown Lake.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay for the weekend. Property was clean, spacious, and had amenities provided. We rented the Aitch pavilion for a larger gathering on Saturday and the property was the perfect location for getting there quickly. Would recommend!

Near a lovely lake

We had a wonderful time so close to the boat launch and not far from trails for hiking. The house was clean and well kept. Plenty of common space upstairs and downstairs to hang out in. We had fun playing pool on the pool table downstairs. Great stargazing from the backyard.

Perfect rental for Raystown!

Very clean rental! Had a great time with our adult children, and mother in law! Quick drive to the lake to enjoy the beach, or boating! If you have trouble with steps?, this house is not for you.

Pretty darn amazing. Huge kitchen area in the middle of everything, with additional basement game/family room. Huge front yard was great for running around. Fire pit, grill, and picnic table out back were great. Quick drive to 7 points area. Responsive, flexible host communication. Kids loved “driving” the old Ford in the living room.

Nice home - bad location

While the home was very nice I was not expecting the location to be right behind a garage so lots of trucks, junk and right off a major road. I should've done a better job of viewing on google maps or something because I like to be able to walk out the front door and bike or walk my dogs.

Great house for a large family

This house was perfect for our group of 10. There is plenty of sleeping space. The basement bedrooms do not have access to a bathroom on that floor, but it didn't pose a problem for our group, they came upstairs to use the other two (but take note if there are elderly people who cannot do that). Having sheets and bath towels provided was a big help. We enjoyed the outside area as well, but spent a big portion of our time boating (Seven Points Marina right down the road). Front porch was perfect!

House with everything

I can’t say enough good things about this house! It’s so cute and affordable. It’s was clean and spacious. The owners put thought into everything and exceeded our expectations- so many nice touches for guests. The location is close enough to either of the main marinas. The business/garage located in front of the house bothered us none. It’s far enough from the house that we didn’t hear any noise or have any issues with it. You can still sit on the front or side porch and enjoy the outside. The back yard and fire pit were perfect and we spent so much time there. The big picnic table was perfect for our large group. So happy we found this gem!

Very clean, great location. Within 30 min or less to everything. This was a family trip for 7 and our 1st time at Raystown Lake. This was so nice we plan on coming back next year!

Weekend at Raystown Lake.

Very nice and clean. Lots of room for all guests to sleep and relax. Property is well stocked with all needed essentials for sleeping, bathing, cooking, and eating. Would highly recommend this property. Would definitely stay here again.

Great central location for family to gather for 50th bday on Lake Raystown!

Spacious house with ample sleeping quarters and parking. Very close to either side of Lake Raystown. It’s rustic for sure, but that’s what “sort of camping” is all about.
