"There are some good things about the property. The unit is a good size and, from a casual or superficial view, clean (that is to say that it was mopped and tidy). Our entire experience was spoilt by the fact that the AC in the master bedroom was not working at the very start of our stay - the lack of AC rendered the master bedroom simply unusable (it literally was like a sauna - if you showered, you would be dripping with sweat before you could get dressed). "Deberia estar cerrado el hotel mientras está en construcción. No es excelente, es terrible y carisimo. Quise cancelar al llegar y ver las instalaciones precarias y en pésimo estado, y no me lo permitieron. Una pésima experiencia. Orbitz no deberia calificarlo como excelente. Deberisn devolverme mi plata un dia perdido en Ocho Rios!"

"The property is beautiful, the property is just as you step out of your condo/villa and the service is great! Perfect for families or solo traveling. Lastly it is located in a wonder area and the police station is a few steps from the property. All in all great location great staff and the communication was excellent, only one recommendation they do need a chat app/platform."
