Country house 20 minutes from Salers with private terrace and garden

Located in Jaleyrac, this 100 m² country house accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, including one on the ground floor. No additional guests are allowed at arrival or during your stay without prior approval from the owner. The house features a bathroom and a fully equipped private kitchen for your comfort. Enjoy private amenities such as a TV and washing machine. A baby bed and equipment are available upon request at booking; please specify your family composition and children's ages.



Outside, relax in your private garden, on the uncovered terrace, or around the private barbecue—perfect for outdoor meals. The house is at the end of a small hamlet on the edge of the forest, offering a peaceful countryside setting.



On-site parking is available. A small dog may be accepted with prior agreement from your hosts, but pets must not be left alone inside. Smoking is permitted on the property, but parties are not allowed. Check-in is from 5 p.m. and check-out before 10 a.m. A security deposit is required on arrival and will be returned or adjusted within 10 days.



Your hosts live on the property, but not in the reserved house. You are 20 minutes from Salers and 6 km from Mauriac. A former railway has been converted into a nearby cycling and walking path. A third bedroom with a single bed can be opened for an extra fee. Optional end-of-stay cleaning is available for an extra fee, or you may clean the house yourselves. Please note that heating is not included from June to October, but can be provided for an extra fee.



Bed linen and made beds are available for an extra fee. Towels and tea towels are not provided. Shops, a lake, and a swimming pool are in Mauriac, 5 km away.
