"Overall, we loved our stay. Extremely convenient location on the mountain where you can put your skis on as soon as you step out the door to glide to a chairlift. The unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Our unit had a double bunk bed in one room, but there was no ladder to the very high top bunk which made it a bit of a challenge to get to... fortunately, we had a young crew that handled it ok. We had arranged for 3 parking passes in advance, yet when we arrived, there were none left...

"We had an excellent stay at the Timberline Spruce condo. The condo was well located in a peaceful neighbourhood, fully stocked with everything we needed, and comfortable. The owner, Jeff, provided excellent communication before and during our stay. We particularly appreciated knowing that the condo would not tolerate noise from dogs, as we were travelling with our two dogs. "We usually visit Fernie in the winter, this year we decided to try a summer trip and it didn’t disappoint. The accommodation was perfect for exploring the ski hills we usually see covered in snow, also endless hiking trails nearby and visits to downtown Fernie. Communication with the hosts was great, and they might be correct about Fernie being better in the summer than the winter."

"Beautiful property ! Perfect location in Koocanusa Village on water. Home has all the amenities you need for a vacation with friends and family. Owners house is just in front of being right on the water, but you can still see the marina from the patio. Turf grass, sandy beach and dock lead right onto water. Kove is the ideal place to paddle board, swim, and even fish. Highly recommend this property "
