We travel a lot & have booked VRBOs all over north & central America. This property is as advertised, pictures are accurate, property description is accurate. This trip was 4 couples traveling together & we stayed 11 days. Everyone enjoyed their own primary suite & the privacy. Views off the balcony & sounds of the ocean are etched in every persons memory that traveled with us, numerous people feel asleep there on assorted nights. Property was well equipped w/ all the conveniences of home in the kitchen, also w/ towels / linens. The washer & dryer were used by everyone. It was great having on site security, everyone felt safe at the property & honestly pretty much everywhere we went. Loved the pool area & the ability to walk out directly on to the beach. Location was outstanding for morning or evening beach walks, unbelievable sunsets, occasional whale sightings. Convenient to both beach & main strip of town for bars & restaurants & multiple stores for shopping for groceries & souvenirs. Owners were very helpful w/ recommendations on places to go, services to trust, transportation. They were easy to reach and communicate with, we appreciated that. They have a strong connection they use essentially as a concierge in Fernando, he was outstanding in arranging fantastic trips. We did have a few 3rd world issues to work around, 3 days we had to work around the water being shutoff for 8 hrs for a repair, occasional issues w/ the elevators. We would absolutely rent again here!!

Girl’s Trip 2025

We had the most incredible stay at this amazing beachfront penthouse in Costa Rica! The location was absolutely unbeatable—waking up to the sound of the ocean and having the beach just steps away made our girls trip unforgettable.The penthouse itself was stunning—spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset.Our host was absolutely amazing—super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell they care about their guests' experience.Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We’re already talking about coming back!

Gorgeous condo/ perfect location

We loved the condo - spacious, modern- the kids and adults all loved playing pool!The balcony was comfortable & large, with a great view of the ocean. 5 minute walk into town!We had a chef two nights and two mornings, the set up was perfect. Lovely pool- there were boogie boards and ice chests to use too. I would stay there again!

Perfection in Jaco

Everything was perfect and exactly as described! The condo is absolutely gorgeous with modern finishes and furnishings. Everything is very clean and well kept. The entire condo is kept at a cool temperature for your comfort but you are free to adjust to your liking without limits. The owner (Philip) reached out personally to make sure everything was acceptable and even has a virtual assistant available to help for any needs. Stunning views of Jaco beach and the most beautiful sunsets, all from the comforts of this incredible condo. It was very hard to leave and cannot wait to book again!! Thank you Phil!!

Outstanding Condo!!!

We are a group of realtors that are friends and we were traveling for the first time to Costa Rica, for pleasure. This condo is beyond amazing. It is beautifully decorated, very clean, and the hosts were very responsive to assist us when we were having difficulty, figuring out the safe. You get both mountain views and ocean views. Would not hesitate to return

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. The location and views were great and the co do was very well appointed and perfect for a group. They had a number of beach items to use. Communication was great and anything we needed attended to was done immediately. We hope to return soon and will be rebooking when we do!

Best VRBO stay!

Pura Vida!

The condo was exactly as depicted on VRBO. It is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The art work on display is stunning. The views are breathtaking. We so enjoyed our early mornings on the balcony. We had such fun on our Costa Rican adventures during the day and then returned to the condo to play pool, relax, and enjoy the swimming pool and the beach. There is a guard at the gate and we never felt unsafe. The host responded to all my questions promptly. I highly recommend this condo and a Jaco adventure or two! I hope I can continue the Pura Vida outlook on life in the states!

Beautiful condo

This condo is amazing, it was well stocked from the kitchen to pool toys and coolers. We used the barbeque when we did not walk to dinners at excellent restaurants. The view is fabulous, the pool was a great way to cool off. I would highly recommend this property,

Family vacation

This property is just spectacular! Very spacious- big enough for 6 adults to never be in each others way. New appliances in the kitchen, elegant bathrooms, very comfortable beds. The star of the show is definitely the view! All the balconies were large and offered stunning views, sunsets and warm breezes. The office staff (we worked with Claudia) made everything easy! They made reservations, recommendations and arranged all our travel. It was an amazing trip that we won’t soon forget!

Perfect Place for Family of 8

This property is fantastic! We enjoyed our stay. The view is priceless, the condo was clean and even better than the pics. We received great recommendations from the owners/vacation managers for transportation and activities. One of the bedroom fans was squeaky, they sent mainttenance out immediately and it was fixed. We can't say enough good things about our stay here.

We loved our stay - the condo is beautiful. The views are priceless! The beds were very comfortable and to be able to control the temperature in each room was great. We all enjoyed the pool - so relaxing. Location of condo complex was easy walking to everywhere (plenty of great places to eat!) Look forward to staying there again!

Pura Vida 2023

The condo was beautiful, immaculate, and clean. Love, love all the updates. Just wish there had been some kitchen rags for wiping things down and cleaning. Also, would recommend a few more comfy chairs in the living area, and more hooks or some of the retractable clothes lines in the showers for hang wet swim suites etc. I gave the check -in process a 1 star rating, because the email received with check-in instructions were old and had to address for the old property management co., so it took us a hour to find the new office. The agents were super fast in responding to questions/needs. They set up excursions and massages for us at the condo. We did the all day Tortuga Island, which I highly recommend. The staff were very accommodating, and would bring our drinks to us while relaxing the in ocean with friends. We also did the Adventure Park combo with ziplines, ATVs, and horse back riding with lunch. The food on both excursions were really good and plentiful. The massage therapists that came to the condo were ahhhhmazing!!! We had our massages on the patio the evening before we left. It was the best way to end our fantasist vacay!! Cant wait to come back and do it again. Pura Vida!!!

Beautiful beach diamond

What a beautiful penthouse apartment. ONLY wish I had was that the location on the building blocks the sunset. But you can walk down to the beach and enjoy it anyway. Management company is like a private concierge. They were so helpful.
