Fantastic, clean, spacious, and extremely well appointed. Unit 201S had a beautiful view of the pool and foliage with a peekaboo view of the ocean. 3 good size bedrooms with TV’s. Having Crocs casino and hotel next door was fun too!! Had an issue with the night gate security guard not knowing what to do. After that all was cool. I highly recommend this property and would certainly come back again. Owner was prompt in handling security issue.

This place was a dream. Super clean with all the amenities of home. Awesome balcony views and sounds. Quick walk to downtown/food/bars. Monkeys and sloths just minutes from the doorstep. Highly recommend!!

Ultimate relaxation with all the comforts of home! We loved the peaceful balcony with ocean, mountain, jungle, pool, and horse views. Walking distance to many nearby restaurants and 5 cab ride to middle of Jaco. Very family friendly and quiet property at the very north end of Jaco next door to Crocs Casino. Excellent Ac, calming interior decor, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. We’ve stayed in many places in Jaco and this one tops our list! If you want to feel more like you live in Jaco and aren’t just another tourist then this is the place for you.

We stayed 5 nights in Jaco Beach, it was fantastic. We loved the condo, it's clean, comfortable and well equipped. It's a great experience being on the beach and having a large balcony. We found 2 restaurants that are within 3-5 minute walk that are excellent, the #1 rated restaurant is a 2 min walk from the condo. The condo is in a gated community, it felt good having the security at the entrance gate and at pool. We loved the condo and highly recommend it.

This property is clean, spacious and very comfortable. The balcony is so relaxing and makes the perfect spot for a family meal. The check in/out processes were simple, the staff at the building are fantastic, and the owner is responsive and friendly. This was an amazing home base, just a few minutes to town and steps from the beach and pool.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay here, and the location was perfect. The place was very clean and had everything you could need. The balcony was a great place to sit outside and relax listening to the surf. Laura was very responsive and would highly recommend staying here.

Stay was good. ALL the fans in the house need a good cleaning. I turned them on, and dust flew everywhere in each room they were in. Master bathroom shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced. Sink in the other bathroom runs very slowly and needs to be plumbed out. There is not a concierge, as noted in the description. Basically, you are on your own when you get there. It would be helpful to have a binder or book that suggests places to eat or visit that are close. I know that other places we have stayed included this, and it was very helpful. Also, comments being available for people to write down about what they found to be fun to do for adults, or places to eat .... uber gets you lots of places for very inexpensive, etc.

A bit misleading

The condo is adequate, though could use a few things like a box of tissues, washcloths or dishcloth,a few extra dishwasher tab etc. The beach was not as child friendly as advertised. No play area. Salt water pool? Didn’t seem that it was.. certainly we never saw the English speaking staff, so it was hard to get any information about the markets or hiking. The bbq was a Moldy mess when I went to use it so decided to sterilize it for the next user. No striker to light it either. Grounds maintenance could be better, though I suspect we were off season and things get better. Otherwise beds were great and the condo was spacious. We had a good stay

Beachfront condo

Beautiful condo on the beach. There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable. It is a great location, close to shops and restaurants. A car is not necessary, very walkable. We had massages by Jacó massage in the condo and a private chef for a night…Chef Bruno. It was fantastic. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.

Excellent Stay

A very nice 3 bed 2 bath condo on the beach. AC worked great. The condo was very clean and in order. Easy check in and a great location at the end of the beach next to Crocs Casino. A nice pool as well. No complaints will definitely stay here again.

We loved it!

I was there for a 6 day stay with my sister and niece. The host was very prompt with all communication. Checkin and access was easy. The property is well maintained and gated. All the security guys were so nice. The apartment was perfect! Clean. Nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely. Loved that there were beach towels. And even pool noodles We enjoyed the balcony very much. Faces the ocean. The pool area was so nice. Lots of lounge chairs or tables for seating. Easy access to the beach. And an easy walk into town for groceries, shopping and restaurants. We saw beautiful sunsets, enjoyed great restaurants and went to an adventure park (ziplines and atv-ing) too. Overall it was a lovely place to stay and visit!

A great beachfront stay!

This condo is located on the quieter part of the beach but still close enough to walk towards the action if needed. The room itself is great, tons of room, very clean and great balcony as well. My friends and I have loved our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Jaco!

The Quiet Side of Jaco

Our condo was huge! Three large bedrooms and a huge open kitchen and living room that opens to a balcony with ocean views. It is walking distance to town if you don't mind the heat, otherwise a car is ideal. The outdoor space is large and a perfect place to begin the day with coffee and end the day with a cocktail. The kitchen is well equipped with all the things you need to prepare a meal, if you want to do that on vacation. It's very secure in a gated community, guarded 24/7. I would stay here again if I'm ever in Jaco.

Excellent Property

My wife and I were looking for a quiet getaway in a place that was comfortable and had convenient access to restaurants and transportation. We found this and much more. The property was clean, well appointed, and exactly as advertised. We were steps away from the beach and had a great view from the deck. The security staff members were cordial and helpful as well. Overall, we had a tremendously satisfying visit.
