The property was very nice and my family of 4 were very comfortable. The beach was just a walk across the street and we rented chairs and an umbrella. The management gave us great recommendations to eat and where to visit. My only issue is the property is on a very busy road.

The property was excellent!! We could not have asked for more for our little Bach trip. The guide book was extremely helpful and the walk to the beach was so short! The only suggestion I have is to provide throw blankets! Out post beach sunburn had us a little chilled in the living room while watching tv. A blanket would have been a nice touch.

We stayed in the upstairs unit, the condo/unit/duplex was great. It was spacious, extremely clean, and impeccably decorated. We were very impressed by the unit, it was more than we expected. It has 3 comfortable bedrooms, a nice sized living room, a good sized kitchen with small dining table and a spacious outdoor upper deck with a large dining table. They provide almost everything you need and it was well thought out. You can use the patio downstairs to walk your dogs as well (Pet friendly property).It is right across the street from the beach with the beach access boardwalk just about 160 feet away. You cant go wrong with this choice and it is one of the cleanest rooms we've ever stayed in.

We stayed in the upstairs unit and highly recommend this property. The location is great -- across the street from the beach and an easy walk to a convenience store as well as two very good restaurants (and outdoor Thai food truck and Surf restaurant/bar). The communication was excellent and the property was perfect for two adults and a dog.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts put a lot of care and attention into making the space welcoming and comfortable. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfect for evening relaxation.The location was ideal — close to everything we wanted to explore. The hosts were also incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-maintained place to stay!Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Cute & clean bungalow, great location!

The bungalow was perfect for us: 2 adults, 1 teen, and 1 child. It is stylish and clean, right across from the beach, and close to restaurants and activities. We will book again! :)

Perfect Location

Stayed there Thursday to Sunday to play in a tennis tournamnet at the Omni Resort. This was the perfect spot for the 5 of us. Directly across from public beach access, 5 min drive to beach side bars and resturants. 10 min drive to downtown. would 100% book again.

Perfect Stay

Property was clean and had all the starter items we needed. (Coffee, creamer, kitchen and bath soaps, shampoo and conditioner, paper towels, and laundry supplies). Excellent location with beach access right across street. Beach towels were included which was an added bonus and one less thing we had to pack. We stay at Fernandina Beach often because we have family in the area and will look for this property on our future trips.

Great spot for family vacation

Great family vacation

This was an excellent property that worked perfectly for our family with small kids. Very clean and great location just across the street from the beach. We love that Amelia Island isn’t too crowded and there was plenty of room for the kids to run and play on the beach. We had stayed in the downstairs unit on another trip and were equally pleased with that unit. Thankful for the washer and dryer in the unit! Property managers are very easy to get ahold of and respond quickly. Overall, it was a great experience and we hope to come back again soon!

Overall good stay but maintenance issues made it unpleasant

Everything was perfect overall however the king bedroom’s door was so badly hung that the door was impossible to close/open which caused a very loud noise that woke everybody up each time. The queen bed room’s light didn’t work at all either. Since there is one bathroom either the hallway or a bedroom needed better lighting for women to get ready. And there was no hot pan holder to get our food out of the oven. Small tweaks but a big impact. Fix these things and the place is PERFECT! :)
