The house is well located moments from the beach. We were there during the "pink full moon" and it was breathtaking to watch it rise over the Atlantic, and only a few minutes walk from the house. Lots of activities with a walkable park area, great little local restaurant with some live entertainment and excellent seafood. The unit has a good living space with bright open views and a nice dining area. Good wifi....bedrooms are smallish with really small Roku TV, but good reception. The bathroom was a stretch as it was too small for even two people to get ready at a time. I had a few housekeeping issues that could have been easily remedied. Other than that, a pleasant getaway for hubby and myself.

We love this cottage! This was our third time staying here. The cottage has everything you need. And it’s super close to a great access point for the beach that was built with beach carts in mind…no stairs! It’s within walking distance to Main Beach which has a couple of really good restaurants. Or hangout on the deck and listen to the waves as you eat takeout. So many different ways to have a great time at Fernandina Beach.

We had a great time. The beach was a very short walk and we had a view from our deck. Restaurants also within walking distance. Dog friendly and so is the beach. Bike path is also close by.

Easy and quick access to beach (leave your flip flops at home!) It was very comfotable with pkenty of room. Even my dog felt at home. We read the reviews prior to coming. It seems everything was addressed. Each tv has its own Roku! Loved hanging out on the porch. The wifi worked well there so I had my zoom calls from there and used the real ocean as my background.

Perfect for a couple. Short distance to the beach, yummy restaurants and historic downtown Fernandina. House has everything you need. This was our third time to stay in the house! Looking forward to our next visit.

Very cute beach house….quick walk to the ocean! My husband and I loved our stay on Amelia Island…probably not as much as our dogs though. Walking and running on the beach was a blast! House is clean and well equipped and a nice size for the two of us. View from the deck was great. Only suggestion I have is possibly have a few board games, cards….something we forgot but like to do on vacation. Also, the Amelia Island bike path is the bomb! Loved our 30+ mile ride! Thanks for the great stay!

We had a comfortable stay at this property. It was nicely appointed, and very close to the beach. We really enjoyed the view from the deck and the proximity to the adorable downtown area.

Wow, this place was super clean! Every thing, down to the towels in the closet, was neatly stacked and folded. The information about the house and stay was very professionally placed, either laminated or in sleek black frames. The indoor/outdoor bathroom with laundry room was a plus! I thought the house was directly on the beach, but it was only one house away, and not having to cross a busy street was such a relief. We definitely want to stay here again! My husband found the beds a bit hard, but my son and I had no issues there. One of the biggest perks about this rental is they literally have everything you could possibly need. The pots, pans, dishes, flatware, etc. were very high quality, and everything needed to cook was provided. They even had a phone charger in the desk! We literally needed to purchase only groceries and sunscreen. Yeay! Thank you for a great and relaxing vacation!

This was a great quiet trip! The house was clean and convenient to shopping and restaurants, and only steps away from the beach - you can hear the waves from the deck. The only suggestion would be that the deck needs some refurbishment as a few boards are a little weak. We’ll definitely be back!
