Poor communication, arrived at 2:05 to meet office personal, office closed. Confusion on getting in. Unit was nice but no lights available, Explanation in book confusing, no WIFI and no cable for TV. Called have someone help me and that person was nice… and understood my frustration. Told to use my own Apps on a computer for TV, I’m 73 and don’t have access to those kind of apps. Since I was supposed to stay 3 days too long with no TV or WiFi. I had put down 1day deposit, so explained an Email that I was leaving and to call me. I heard no response. Just not good communication for seniors. I don’t use Email communication and consider this not a good communication practice. I drove 5 1/2 hours to get there on time also , which was very frustrating to me
