It was a beautiful home however the lighting outside needs some work the front had no lighting and the pool area no lighting at night. That was pretty much it that would need Improving.

The house is in a great neighborhood. Great for walks and very close to a huge park. It is only a 5-7 min drive to the beach. We rented a golf cart and it was a very easy drive to the beach and there is plenty of parking. The pool is very large and partly shaded most of the day. The fenced backyard is amazing and our dogs loved it. We loved the open floor plan.

Great getaway

This property was perfect. Everything was just as described. There was so much space to relax both inside and out. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. We can’t wait to stay here again next time we are in town.

Great house!

My family and I stayed here for two weeks to celebrate my son’s college graduation. The house was a perfect fit for us all. We especially enjoyed the pool, the yard/trees, and the spacious kitchen. We also loved the location of the property being so close to everything we did. The neighborhood was so quiet, and we felt safe, with a lot of people out exercising or walking their pets. The beach was perfect! It only took about 3 min to drive there, only because of stop signs and a few red lights. There’s plenty of things to do that’s close by. I highly recommend this rental. We will try to stay here again in the future.

Great stay and convenient

The location is close to a lot in Jax Beach. The neighborhood is nice along with it being quiet. The house was very clean and seemed to be recently remodeled. Everyone had room to move and not crowded, considering it was 9 total with 2 small dogs. There were a couple of small issues that were quickly resolved by the management company. They were very responsive which was really nice. Overall, we will be back to stay.

Pet friendly and spacious!

Absolutely beautiful home… Big fenced in backyard with a pool and truly pet friendly! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Highly recommend

Me and my family had a wonderful time at this property. The home is tasteful, spacious and clean and has full amenities. The management staff was responsive and helpful.

Nice Spacious house near Mayo (Bring Towels)

The overall house was clean and spacious. There was no coffee pods in the kitchen so had to go buy a coffee machine. Not near enough towels for a house this size. We had to go purchase some of those as well. There was no hot water on the day we checked out so cold showers it was. TV's were not mentioned in the bedrooms but it would have been nice to have one in at least the children's room.

Best Family Time

We had a great time, the place was immaculate, and everything we thought it would be and more.Eric was so easy to work with - between letting us check in early since we drove from Michigan to Jacksonville Beach and arrived early. Eric was also very helpful with some tips for getting around Jacksonville Beach. I would rent from Eric again. Patricia Conigliaro

Family Trip

Everything was great. The house was adorable in the inside and clean. The outside was nice and clean as well with a lot of back yard space for my 1 year old to play. If I had to say anything negative, it would be not enough wash cloths and towels but that was an easy fix!

Great location!

The location of this unit was perfect. 25 minute walk to the beach and a beautiful nature preserve. Also super close to a wide variety of stores. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet as well. The inside of the house was very clean and equipped with extras such as soaps, sunscreen, detergent, etc. The pool is not heated, or covered, so was not usable for our stay in March. The management company was very helpful and responsive via email any time of the day.

Good house

This house was good. Clean, nice. Kitchen/living room area great! House was listed at sleeping 10+, however I had an extra fee for 7 people, so I was a little unhappy with that. I asked for reasoning, but never heard back. Location was in good area, little farther from beach than expected, but was still okay. Pool is not heated, so in December not able to use.

This was an incredible place to stay. My family and I were visiting only for the weekend and really wanted a nice private place with a pool. This house had everything that we needed. The owner’s communicated very well and helped out whenever I needed a hand. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks for everything !

Fun in Jax

We rented Eric's place for a guys golf trip and it was the perfect location to come back to each day and relax by the pool. Very clean home with everything we needed and the beds were quite comfortable. Highly recommend if you are planning a trip in or around Jax Beach/Ponte Vedra.

the home was very spacious, near everything and very clean. the neighborhood was very safe and to was well worth the money versus what a hotel would have cost. Great stay and we plan to come back.
