Relaxing Vacation

A relaxing time at the beach!

We had a great stay at Summer Breeze. The bedrooms were very spacious and we had lots of room for the kids. Everything was clean and cool when we arrived. The location was great but they were dredging the beach so we had to drive to find a place to park and find beach access. The backyard was great for sitting and having coffee. These were my only negatives: the neighborhood was a bit sketchy, the police were around and saw some scary activity. We would have liked to have known the beach umbrellas were broken prior to going to the beach. We ended up having to rent them. The boogie boards were broken as well. My only other suggestion would be to supply paper towels and toilet paper. I can’t say any of these things kept us from having a great time. The host was extremely responsive the entire time.

We love Summer Breeze!

Overall impression was excellent! Easy communication with owner, clean home, close to the beach and so much more to explore! I had surgery and a week of recovery here while my family took care of me and played at the beach. Owner sent flowers and made us as comfortable as possible. We will stay here again!

The house was beautiful, everything was very accommodating. Ed the host was very concern if we had everything we needed. We could call him anytime. We even had laundry detergent. Which was needed after going to the beach. Everyting was just like it looked on the app. I give this place 5 stars

Amazing Stay Near the Beach

This Host and Property were both amazing! This property has any and everything you will ever need for your stay! From the kitchen to bikes in the garage. We give a 10/10! We would definitely come back here if we ever visited Jacksonville again. Highly recommended! Just to mention, this host went out of their way to mail me stuff we forgot there, we were truly happy with our stay!

Perfect Place for Vacation

My family and I stayed at this property for one week. We were very pleased with our stay. The communication with the owner could not have been better. They were always quick to reply and went above and beyond to communicate with us. The house was very clean and inviting upon arrival. They included so many things that we did not expect. Not only did they have the everyday essentials such as dishes, soap, towels...but they also had extra like boogie boards, cornhole, beach towels, beach chairs, bikes, etc. All the extras really made this such a great experience. The house was close to so much as well. Shopping, restaurants, the beach, Mayo . It made for a very convenient location. I honestly could not have asked for a better place to stay on our vacation. Do not look any further.... this is the place you want to stay at.

Well appointed property that is centrally located in the Jax Beach area within walking distance (or a bike ride) to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, etc. There’s even a wagon provided to help you with carting your stuff to the beach. My young adults really enjoyed the fire pit.

My Wife and i stayed at this property which was a great experience. The townhouse was exceptionally clean and is so close to the ocean. We were short a few frying pans and silverware and the owner Ed was there in no time to restock those few items. Ed also was so kind that i actually received some flowers and balloon and a cake for my birthday from him plus he also gave us a bottle of wine when he brought the pans. I would definitely recommend this property to stay as Ed is a GEM of a guy. Just a great owner.

Great experience!

My husband, 2 small kids, and I stayed here for a couple of weeks during our home reno. We had a great experience. The location isn’t the greatest in terms of walking to the beach (it’s doable but not suggested with toddlers) and the neighborhood doesn’t have sidewalks; however, it’s centrally located and very easy to get anywhere quickly. Home had everything we needed. The property manager and owner were a pleasure to work with.

Awesome Beach House

We had a wonderful family vacation and loved the close walk to the beach! Excellent communication from the owner which was greatly appreciated. The garage had a cooler, wagon and lots of beach toys for the kids to enjoy. As an added bonus tons of beach towels which was helpful! We really enjoyed parking in the garage and the nice back patio to hose off from the beach. Lots of food and groceries nearby and again the communication with the host was amazing. We will stay here the next time we are in Jacksonville!

Great place

Within walking distance to a lot of stuff. We didn’t use the bikes but such a great addition. Property is super clean and had everything we needed. Loved the backyard and the ability to sit outside on a summer evening. Host is super communicative and great.
