  • Quaint beach bungalow across the street from the beach. Walk or bike to local restaurants, bars and locally owned shops. When you need a break from the sun and beach; enjoy the comfort and privacy of a covered deck on a quiet street to take in the breeze off the ocean. Perfect location to brew yourself a cup of coffee, grab a beach chair and take in the beautiful sunrise that graces our shores each morning!! ( better yet, Sunrise Yoga on the beach can be easily arranged)

Our stay was wonderful. The cottage or Shack as Karolyn called it was a cozy,warm and welcoming place.The landscape is lush and makes you feel secluded.The whole place is updated and only a couple minutes walk to the beach.We will definitely come back.Thanks again Karolyn for everything.

The house was clean and well decorated. As far as the rest of the houses on the block it definitely had the most character. Will absolutely rent this unit again in the future.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay! The host was responsive, friendly, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. You can tell great care goes into making guests feel welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable getaway.

Great place to stay!!

This was a great place to stay! The hostswere very accommodating and there were all of the little special things that you might need on a stay away from home. it is very close to the beach and lots of restaurants.

perfect house and location

My husband and I wanted a little spot away from the kids for the weekend. this place was PERFECT. it had everything we could need and the location was AMAZING. so close to the beach, bars , and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Beach Cottage

This place is an absolute gem! we felt at home from the moment we stepped inside. From the decorating to the comfy bed to being stocked with absolutely everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The front porch with the surrounding gardens were our favorite spot. Loved the neighborhood and the fact that everything was so convenient.

Great Stay in Jax Beach

The property is in a great location, just steps from the beach and central to a lot of great restaurants and bars. The owners were very responsive and accommodating when we had to make a minor change to our reservation. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We will definitely look to stay here in the future.

Lovely little home

Perfect for my family of four. Home was very clean and had every thing we needed. Location was great. Only con was construction along the path to beach access, but this was only a minor inconvenience. Would definitely recommend for a couple or small family.
