Wish there was an elevator. Usually stay here for ball tournaments bc I’m familiar with the area a bit-& it’s just me & my kid. Construction going on outside during this particular stay.

I booked two rooms.. one room the AC didn’t not work properly. Second room the toilet did not flush right. There were children running up and down the hallways. The children literally stood outside the doors trying to sell people things non stop. I spoke with the front desk not once but twice. The overall experience was a totally waste of money. People argued all night.

We have stayed in this hotel a few times. This last trip our room was not as clean as it has been in the past. Our room was not as clean and definitely needs some repairs. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall which made our shower curtain not stay closed when we were using it. And the tub drain plug was sitting on the side of the tub. The bathroom door was on backwards?? The towel hooks on the door were on the outside of the bathroom. There were burn holes on the bed covers. And found some stuff at the base of the bed that belonged to previous visitors. At the moment there's so much construction in the area. It gets confusing where to turn in for the hotel. Not their fault. But it is a little bit of a pain. I will stay here again because of the excellent customer service. I hope next stay our room will be in better shape. This is still my favorite hotel near the base.

I don't like writing bad reviews, but... The first night we got in around 1am so we went straight to bed. We got up early the next day for Thanksgiving, so we showered, left, got back late, & passed out again (didn’t spend much time awake in the room). The next day we found the toilet would not flush properly. Called the front desk (no one answered), so I had to walk up there to let them know whats going on. After 30mins I had to go up there again which then they go housekeeping to look at it (they couldn't figure it out but said it was okay) and the toilet kept doing the same thing. Then we found blood stains on out comforter, so at that point we just wanted to go. We found another place to stay and I started loading stuff up in the car. The front desk guy asked if we were checking out & I said yes, but I needed load stuff up (this was at 10:15am). Walking back to the room I found the klroom key was disabled. Luckily my wife was in the room still so she could open the door. We grab the last of our stuff & headed to the front. I asked if he disabled the key when i walked out to the car and he stumbled around saying it auto disables at 11am. I had already paid for that night as well, so there was no way the key should have not worked. Then he asked if we had to get a new key because we lost the other one which wasn't the case either. Honestly it was just very frustrating letting the staff know what was happening (it being shrugged off) & then being locked out of the room.

On this 3800 mile trip this was the best of the 3 Quality Inns at which we stayed! Haven't had breakfast yet but so far so good!

Ok but will not stay here till they fix and clean
The hotel was clean but the outside areas need real work. Trash can full and no one emptied them. The vending machine have not been takibg care of.dusty old snacks. No place to buy laundry soap. Pool green. Cockroches in room. The breakfast bar was the worst ive ever seen. I have stayed in the other quality inns and the had scrambled eggs biscuits and gravy, waffles assorted drinks. This inn had cold cereal and orange juice and waffles. Very disapointed. I will not say there again till they can meet the basic requirement of other quality inns. I really think there putting more money in there pockets and piss on the aminittys for the customers. And with the amount i paids for the rooms. The rooms should have been a hell of alot cheaper.

This property was neat and clean, but have a serious disadvantage because of road construction right infront of their location. It is not their fault and the staff try hard to make up for it with pleasantness and neatness.

The hotel looks good from outside, the rooms seem painted and upgraded, but have room for improvement in terms of paint, water leakage etc.. The first room that we got has some smell hard to describe; the staff was kind enough to agree with us and switch a room immediately. The room was better, but I still don't quite like the smell. What I didn't like including the road construction outside the hotel, which made the driving difficult in the darkness of the morning.

My check in was very fast and easy. All of my information was in the system and my room was ready and waiting for me, king size, non-smoking. I want to give a shout-out to the entire staff for being so friendly and helpful. My stay was July 3rd-5th and I was in room 225.

The room was supposedly just cleaned however, there was toothpaste splatter on the faucet. The bed sheets looked like they had been slept in, the bedspreads had multiple burn holes in them. The ice bucket and tray were also filthy. The staff were nice, but I chose to check out after one night because of how dirty it was overall.

Staff is a joke. Don’t trust them with your stuff
Room was blazing hot when we arrived. No air on at all. Took hours to cool off. Pool was closed due to “construction stirring up dust” on the road. Wall outlet covers were missing. Lights barely mounted on the ceiling. Half the lights didn’t work by the beds. The biggest thing - our room wasn’t supposed to be cleaned after our first night. We came back to find our propped open along with a dozen other rooms. Housekeeping stripped one bed and then left. Door was wide open for anyone to go through our stuff, no staff on the 2nd floor at all. Front desk did not care in the least bit, even though we were quite upset. I will strongly advise AGAINST this hotel to anyone in the area for shooting competitions at Jacksonville Range.
