Pet friendly Comfortable 2 bedroom with huge yard and EV charging lvl1

  • Pet-friendly home for four. King in master bedroom. Two twins in 2nd bedroom. Both bedrooms have dressers and closets and plenty of space for your things.

    Bathroom includes full tub or shower as well as a bluetooth speaker for tunes while you get clean.

    Full kitchen ready for you to cook a meal. Includes refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, pots and pans, silverware and dishes, etc.

    This home has a huge fenced in backyard and is pet friendly. You can bring multiple pets we just need to know what type and there is a pet fee. You must declare the number of pets when you book to reflect this fee.

    A screened in porch overlooks the backyard where the pups can roam. Pets love this very large backyard!!

    This home is perfect for a family of 4 reconnecting with Jacksonville friends (825 sq ft of cozy living), a relocating family, friends in for a concert, etc. Work crews welcome.EVcharger level 1(trickle charge)available in carport. Soon to be upgraded to level 2 (overnight charging). If you need level 2 when booking please reach out since our upgrade schedule may be adjusted.

A modest but very comfortable and nicely equipped place in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host(s) was excellent, they were very helpful and proactive.

Great Quiet Weekend!

Quaint, clean and quiet! We really enjoyed our stay in this charming home. Our dogs loved running around the huge backyard and the location was perfect. We had everything we needed and the hosts were great! Thank-you for sharing your home with us!

Excellent place to stay great place for my Dogs

Came to visit in Jacksonville to see my mother and my sister and the family. It was an awesome home for my family and my dogs dealing with the owner was a 10 rating. It was just great place all over. I will recommend it to anyone and everyone and already have. We’ll be staying again in the future.

Just Right

We rented the place to be able to help out family. It was perfect. We had some home cooked meals with him and space to work. Our dogs Shadow and Tag loved the yard! Thank you!

Shelter from the Storm

We (two women, one big dog, one cat) stayed here for three nights sheltering from Helene. Small but well designed older house in quiet residential neighborhood. Very clean. Comfy beds. Great interconnected huge back yard and front yard so the dog could roam. Nice screened in porch for coffee in the morning. Everything we needed was there except for a wine bottle opener which we bought and left in the drawer for the next guest. 🙂 Lots of shopping areas nearby. Metro Diner one mile away. Check it out!!!
