The property is well located. However, upon arrival the key code did not work and it took several phone calls to owner (who was out of country) to gain access. Once we did, we were greeted by a blast of hot air. The air conditioning had failed and we were without any cooling until midnight. The kitchen appliances shorted out if you used more than one at a time. The dishwasher leaked and we were unable to use it. The guest house, while charming, needed insect treatment due to spiders and roaches inside so we lost use of a full bedroom. The property manager was helpful and assured me that there would be some "consideration". We had family in from all over the country, it was the hottest week of the summer, so these issues were not trivial and this rental was expensive for us. With regular and diligent maintenance this can be used as a rental, but not in the current state. And I have heard nothing back from either the property manager nor the owners.
