A few things...
1) we got completely lost trying to get to our hotel room. The signage for the rooms is sparse and unclear. Perhaps you can put a sign on the sidewalk as you exit the old main lobby.
2)the walk from the parking garage to the room is very far. It would be helpful to have someone in a golf cart driving people from the garage to the hotel. Or let people know that valet is a much better option bc of the distance.
3) there were no cleaning wipes in the gym. Unsanitary.
4) I was told I am in a "newly renovated" room but I don't think it is finished being renovated.
The toilet is not working properly. You flush, it doesn't flush, you try again it might work, you wait and then maybe it flushes. Or you wait some more.
The faucet in the tub is coming out of the wall when you lift the knob on top so you have to hold the faucet and pull otherwise the faucet just pulls up out of the wall with the knob.
There are no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. It looks like they forgot to put the hooks back on. The smell of paint in the bathroom is nauseating.
The back porch is filthy as were the table and chairs.
I understand you are undergoing renovations, and one thing I can overlook, 2 maybe, but on and on is just not okay.
I honestly felt like I was staying at a comfort inn
