Perfect property for a large group needing multiple bedrooms/bathrooms. Perfectly equipped kitchens, TVs in every room plus sitting areas so if extras are sleeping on pull outs or on couches, they have their own entertainment. Clean, well equipped, and of course, beautiful ocean views and access. Fully enjoyed our experience!

Property Review

The property was as expected at the lower price point.. It was clean and near the beach. No complaints. AIG, the property management team, was exceptional. We had a couple of minor issues which they addressed immediately and so graciously. Their customer service was amazing.

The house was great for our four couples and well located to restaurants, golf, Cumberland Island boat trip, et al. The management company is great to work with.

Family Vacation

I booked both sides of the duplex for a family reunion. Everyone loved the view from the deck. Location was convenient for us. Photos on VRBO accurately showed the property. Good communication from the property management company. Overall, positive feedback from everyone in the group and we enjoyed staying here.

Great location

We had a great vacation here. This is not a luxury rental. Some basic things are missing and the property needs some TLC. Beds were comfortable. Not enough towels supplied for our large group, but we were able to launder during stay. Just had to do it a lot. Parking is not sufficient for the amount of guests these units hold. This property would be really great for smaller groups.

Easter gathering at the beach

Came together with several family members for an Easter celebration, and many of us stayed in this delightful two-unit property. Aside from the weather it was a perfect family time together. Very easy access to the beach. Clean and well appointed units with comfortable beds and plenty of dishes, glasses, etc. Will gladly return, and I plan to keep this property in mind for our next visit to Amelia Island!

Our experience was great. We have stayed at several places but this house topped them all. The house was very clean, large, and had wonderful beach/ ocean views. Location was great for us being between old downtown and the Omni. Would recommend to anyone having a large group.

The location is amazing. While it is advertised as a 6 bedroom house, it is two side-by-side units.

The two units worked out well for us as it gave the two families a little privacy.

Girls trip

This property was just what we needed for a noisy group of 7 women celebrating a milestone birthday. We booked both sides of the property, so we had it all to ourselves. The semi private pool was perfect, and we ended up having that to ourselves too. I gave this property 4 stars because it could use some updating, and better pool furniture. The old hard plastic chairs were a disappointment along with the fact that there were no chaise lounges. No beach towels or beach chairs were provided either. We purchased some beach chairs, which we left there, so the next guests should be happy ; ) . We had some minor maintenance issues that were handled very quickly. We give the maintenance/management company 5 stars! Very attentive and returned our calls within 30 minutes. We would definitely stay there again. We loved everything about Amelia Island and can not wait to come back.

Family vacation

Loved the home we stayed in very accommodating. Could have had a few more towels and bed clothing. Location is as amazing. Right on the beach and pool was awesome as well. Worked great for the little ones. 2 minutes from lots of shopping and great food. Got to meet the owners who were great people super nice. Everyone had a great time. Will definitely rent again.

Amazing Home on Amelia Island

This home was perfect for our recent stay at Amelia Island! We rented both sides of the home (all six bedrooms). The two sides of the house were adjoined through the main floor balconies and we felt pretty connected, even though though they were separate. The setup of the home was great and felt spacious. A queen bed in the downstairs bedroom on side 1 would have worked better for us (instead of full), but we made it work. Just know that if you have multiple couples staying in the home. The pool is not in front of this home, but is right at the bottom of the stairs as you walk off your balcony. The owners of both properties (some of whom we met and they were delightful :) often stay in the identical home next door. The pool is shared with them, if they or their guests are using it. It was a pretty good sized pool for a beach house. It was comfortably warm and we never felt crowded. The boardwalk to the beautiful beach is right between the homes. We’ve stayed on the southern end of the island and preferred this location. It’s more of a neighborhood, but is walkable to a few good restaurants (Salt Life...delicious), a playground, and mini-golf. Fort Clinch is close by and worth the visit. One of our favorite parts of this location was how close we were to historic downtown Fernandina. Dinner, boat cruise, ice cream, shopping, waterfront...there is so much to do there and it’s our favorite beach town! The only thing I didn’t rate 5 stars was cleanliness. All bathrooms, the kitchens, living spaces and bedrooms were very clean and ready for our arrival. The home might just be ready for a deep clean to take care of stuff that accumulates over time in any home! It is obviously well-cared for and we would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a 3-bedroom or 6-bedroom vacation home with a pool, right on the beach in Amelia!

Family Trip

We thought the rental was in a perfect location and proximity to the beach was outstanding. I feel like it needs a major renovation! The size of the condo worked great for us, but it needs new everything! We liked that there was a pool and it was very clean. The view of the ocean was also amazing. Overall, we had a wonderful trip!!

Great property for familly or business meetings

We rented one duplex and it was so nice that our out-of-town co-workers could enjoy the FL weather and spend more time together rather than staying in hotels. There was plenty of room for everyone!
