The property is beautiful and is in an ideal location. We were having a family reunion so the three siblings and their extended families each had a unit in the building. The outdoor spaces, from generous porches to the pool deck area, made for ideal gathering spaces. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect.We will be back!

Amazing Beachfront Rental

This was an absolute perfect property. 4 bed/3 bath unit. Everything about the property and layout felt high quality and well thought out. Our multigenerational family of 6 fit very well in the space. It’s a little hard to find beachfront properties with a pool, so that was a great perk! 5 stars, highly recommend this VRBO. We have stayed at a few different places along Fletcher over the years and this one takes the cake for sure!

Spring Break

The stay was wonderful. The property is maintained at an elite level. The property is located convenient to all of the local landmarks, activities, and eateries. I would choose to stay here again if I ever visit the area again!

Fun in the sun

This Vrbo is such a happy place. The decor is very beachy. We felt like we were on vacation the minute we stepped inside. It had everything we needed. The view is beautiful and the pool was heated and the kids loved it!! We hope to return next year!!!

perfect week

We normally stay in the Plantation but this location was much closer to the shops and restaurants in Fernandina. We loved the pool and the beach access. The house was beautiful. Worth the price!!!

Loved It All

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Enough space for my daily of four plus two of their friends. Decor perfect, grills, heated pool, this place has it all. We will definitely be back.

Christmas family getaway

The unit was exactly as pictured in listing - new, modern in decor and immaculate in cleanliness. The kitchen was adequately stocked with all the basic, necessary equipment/ dishes. And the view from the livingroom and porch...spectacular! Worthy of the 5 stars rating for sure! Just a couple of interesting facts-The thermostat temp is locked- no ability to control room temps which was frustrating at times. The master bedroom was too warm at night.The master shower soaks the floor and adjacent baseboards despite turning nozzle away from opening. Had to use beach towel as a mat.The steplights in the pavers meant to illuminate the steps down from the parking only worked during the day and not at night as intended, making it difficult to see.the steps when walking the drugs at night.

Ocean Getaway

This home was a perfect spot for my friends and I to relax and catch up in celebration of my 40th birthday! The house was spacious with its open concept, and you can’t beat the views! Location was great and seemed 10 minutes or less to everything! Matt and Jenny were very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay again!

October Vacation for the Frees

Great trip and accommodations. Like being closer to Fernandina than a stay down at Amelia Plantations where we usually go. Only negative is the stay is a little pricey and the elevator for the units is extremely slow. We would load the elevator, hit the 1st floor button then walk down stairs, turn on car, open hatch and then go back and wait on door to open.

Girl’s Trip

The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and had a great view! All of the rooms had ample bedding and towels. The pool was well cared for with nice lounge chairs. The location was great - on the ocean but close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely recommend!

Great condo

Has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed the pool as much as the beach as water and weather weren’t the greatest but this condo mage up for it.

Just perfect!

Our family had a great stay in Ocean Lookout. The view in the morning is stunning! The proximity to the ocean and pool made our stay with our one-year old grandson so relaxing and enjoyable. Everyone slept well and the unit was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. I think the only supply that I would suggest is to add a small spice set. Only salt and pepper were provided. Otherwise, the kitchen was very well equipped.

Family Vacation
