The property is very comfortable with pretty backyard and lighting. Everything was clean. The laundry and kitchen facilities worked well. The Bluetooth speaker and Alexa were nice touches. The living room was very comfortable. The only challenge we had was family member who lived in Jax who is in a wheelchair and could not get up to the family /living area so that limited our having other family join us. Over all this was a nice property that worked well for us.

Home was very clean, beds were clean & comfortable, we had plenty of towels, irons & ironing boards, washer/dryer, cleaning supplies, throw blankets, spacious comfortable sitting area, desk, ceiling fans in bedrooms and den, books, games, coffee pots, coffee supplies, spices, all kitchen utensils you would need (no blender), sharp knives, TV's (3) (my friend had Netflix so we could watch movies), WiFi, Alexa was great for weather and music, bikes, several beach supplies (chairs, pull cart, towels, boogie board, umbrella, towels, and including a small cooler), shampoos, conditioners, and body wash in shower/tubs, grill, fire pit, 3 different outdoor sitting areas, covered parking, quiet neighbors, quiet street with little to no traffic, close to shops and restaurants, and short walk to beach access. Beach was quiet when we went. The only problem was access when we arrived. I touched the keypad to illuminate it for the code but did not realize to touch it at the bottom left first. Jenny responded within 10 mins, go us in/access, and then came by the next morning to show this old girl how to use new technology. When by other VRBO, within our price range, we had looked at and was so glad we chose this one. 2 others were within one block of this unit. Pictures represent unit well if not doing it full justice. Instructions left for clear use of items, and good communications. Enjoyed our stay! Thanks Jenny

Everything was perfect! The house was very clean and comfortable. It had everything that you needed and more. I loved the short walk to the beach and the fenced in backyard was huge with having brought our dogs! We will definitely be staying here again!

This beach friendly property has everything you need for a Florida getaway! Bikes, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, skim boards and beach toys allow for an amazing afternoon off of 22nd Street Beach. With the primary bedroom upstairs and multi-bed bedroom downstairs, the house allowed for privacy when needed and the family room area was a perfect gathering space for my family. I was impressed with the little details. The property owner obviously takes a lot of pride in this property.

Perfect Space for Our Group

Stayed here during the 4th of July holiday. Location was perfect with easy access to the beach and first street for bike riding on the 4th. It was a nice spacious place that allowed us to spread out from each other. Kids slept downstairs while husband and I slept upstairs. The back patio was provided a nice place to sit outside. The condo came with a nice supply of beach chairs, towels and toys which was nice to not have to go buy all of that. Overall, the condo was clean and met our needs perfectly. Would definitely book again.

Joy at Jacksonville Beach!

This townhouse was perfect for two of us and our two small dogs. It was very clean and very comfortable. We especially loved the small fenced backyard with string lighting. That was so cute at night! The kitchen had everything we needed. Both bedrooms were like masters with en suite bathrooms plus a half bathroom near the kitchen in the main living space upstairs. This would also be comfortable for four adults. It was a short walk to the beach and all of the beach gear was provided such as towels, chairs and umbrellas. I especially enjoyed morning sunrise walks on the beach! The neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed evening walks with our pups. Even though it is close to A1A we never heard any traffic noise at all. It was a very peaceful and joyful stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing attention to detail!

My family and I loved staying here! The attention to details inside and outside were so impressive. I personally loved the murals which really made me feel like I was on vacation, even though I was visiting my hometown. We were provided with everything we could possible imagine from bikes to boogie boards, a working grill and fire pit, all the kitchen supplies you could need, and even extra razors in the bathroom! The beds were super clean and comfy and the outdoor area was perfect for my pup! I would stay here again and would definitely recommend all my friends!

Perfection & Easy!

I heavily read various reviews before choosing a place to stay for the weekend in this area. We live local, so it was a staycation, and I’m familiar with the various neighborhoods at the beach.The condo was exactly as described! Well stocked, very clean, felt fun and bright. Short walk to the beach, across the street from many great restaurants and shopping. The owner is very quick with responses if needed. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to book again! You can stop looking – book this condo!

This was by far one of the best places we've stayed at in Florida when we come every year. The proximity to the beach, stores, food as well as entertainment was perfect. We had one issue, and it was taking care of promptly. If in Jacksonville, will definitely stay here again!

Upscale getaway

Very clean. Plenty of space for a family of four to have some alone time and then get back together for game nights. The house was beautifully decorated, making it fun to wander from room to room. Close to beach access, restaurants and stores. The extra half bathroom was a nice convenience. Kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely book again.

Location, location, location! Perfect location. Close to beach, Mayo Clinic and any restaurant you could possibly desire. Also several breweries, grocery stores and shops. Had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Cute little cottage just a short walk from the beach.

A cute little cottage with uptairs living room, full kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker. Also, balconies off the living room and bedroom, and a full bath, and a partial bath. Downstairs has a bedroom, another bath, a utility room with washer and dryer, and a patio leading to a small fenced backyard. Great communication with the owner. It is about a 4 minute walk to the beach where we sent almost every morning with our pup. There is also a Whole Foods across the road and drug stores close too. The house is pet friendly but very clean. Covered parking is provided right at the front door. Really this is an excellent property provided by a caring host.
