Great stay!

Amazing property

The location of this property was a ten! Very short drive to town. Spectacular sunrises on the oceanfront - private walkway to beach. Very, very clean and nicely equipped. Felt like home - very comfortable to live in for our stay. One request would be for a gas grill - would have been nice to cook out as opposed to a charcoal grill. We really enjoyed the abundance of live music, great food, great people and the beach at Fort Clinch was a special memory!!!

House is fantastic, needs some paint but overall great house/location. Note that it is a duplex so you can hear neighbors and you also can’t make much noise.

We chose this unit as it had 2 Kings and a queen each with it's own bath, and was right on the beach. It was absolutely beautiful and we had our own gopher turtles.

Perfect place for our family

The property was located on the beach-which was supremely private and full of shells. My kids had THE BEST time building castles and playing in the sand. The unit had everything we needed, but as indicated we did need to provide our own shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion which isn't a big deal as long as you plan for it! The bedrooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms were updated and very nice. The town of Fernandina is a 5 minute drive away and it is adorable with plenty of wonderful restaurants. Amelia Island Coffee Shop shouldn't be missed! The recommendations in the binder that was provided by the unit had a bunch of restaurant recommendations and they were all great! We walked thru the farmer's market before we left on Saturday. This is the perfect place if you're looking for a relaxing family vacation! We really hope to come back someday soon!

Nice spot on the beach

We were down for a bowl game and enjoyed staying in this property. It was exactly as represented and was perfect for three couples. I wish we had more time to take advantage of the beautiful beach. Beautiful views and easy beach access. We would stay here again.

Senior Fall Break

Great fall break for five swimmers and friends. The location is the best. Being on Fletcher is always great bc it’s steps from the beach and close to state park and downtown Fernandina. The house is clean and spacious for the boys. We will be back.

Gorgeous location and home, need better cleaning

We got to the property and were very happy with the location and it was very close to the description we were expecting. I loved the home and we would consider going back. What we did not expect and what we were disappointed with was the cleanliness of the kitchen and dishes. Very evident dishes were not cleaned or just put away dirty. After an hour or 2 of cleaning we enjoyed the rest of our stay. Nothing better than walking right out onto the beach and views were awesome!

Great house

The house is in a perfect location and right on the beach. The property management team did a great job with communication. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. My only suggestions would be to upgrade the patio furniture, this house needs it. Also add more pans and coffee mugs. Overall a great place to stay. We will be back.
