Picturesque ocean views at 705 Sailmaker unparalleled by any other on the island make this luxury Summer Beach 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome extraordinary. The second you walk through the front door, you will be astonished by the breathtaking views easily visible through the sliding glass door and large windows in the great room. The spacious great room features a khaki leather sofa and 2 navy recliners arranged around a gas log fireplace with a flat screen TV mounted above it.

The newly renovated kitchen with its contemporary white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous gray granite countertops is open to the great room and is equipped with everything you need to prepare a hearty home-cooked meal. A glass top table with seats for four is conveniently located just off the kitchen and is the ideal location to enjoy a delicious dinner while watching the waves crash along the sandy shore as the seagulls soar above. Through the glass slider, you will discover a large balcony with a beautiful view of the grassy dunes and scenic coastline. Forget your worries, relax, and unwind as you sip on a glass of wine and dive into a good book in one of the patio rocking chairs. Conveniently located on the same level is a guest bedroom with 2 twins beds and a half bathroom off of the entryway.

Upstairs you will find the roomy master bedroom with the most magnificent view! Open up the gorgeous white plantation shutters and watch the sunrise from the comfort of the plush king bed. A sink and large vanity area are also part of this elegant room. The updated master bath is adjoined to the bedroom and features a large beige tiled shower. Across the hall lies an additional bedroom painted a serene blue-green and featuring another king-sized bed. This room also has a sink and large vanity area as well as a full bath adjoined.

This townhome is just steps from the beach! The Sailmaker boardwalk is completely stair free allowing easier access for bikes, baby strollers, wheeled coolers, beach wagons, etc. The Sailmaker pool is just a short distance from the villa and the perfect place to catch some rays or relax in the shade from the magnificent oaks while the kids splash around in the pool. Guests can also purchase access to the Summer Beach Club conveniently located inside the Summer Beach Village Community. Complete with a large ocean front pool, a snack bar open during peak season, and recently renovated tennis and pickle ball courts, this exclusive access truly makes for the most relaxing fun filled vacation! This also gives guests access to book tee times at the Golf Club of Amelia Island! The Summer Beach Village community is also just steps away from the Ritz Carlton where guests have access to all of the Ritz's restaurants, shops, and spa.
