Spring getaway

Our stay was fantastic. The townhouse was perfect with spectacular views from the main living area and the master bedroom. We loved Amelia Island and look forward to staying here again.

Stunning views of ocean from this lovely bright condo. The Three bedrooms offered us lots of room. Nice balcony for morning coffee. We really enjoyed our stay. Fernandina town was a nice surprise. The condo could supply some beach chairs-I think I saw one. We were kept busy for a wedding so it didn’t matter to us.

Great location- on the beach, within minutes to tennis courts and pool and exercise room......easy and close to great grocery store- and fun avctivites to tackle in Fernandina.

Wonderful stay, great location!

Our stay exceeded our expectations and the location was perfect. The views of the dunes and ocean were incredible. We also really enjoyed watching the rabbits hop around the dunes in the morning as well as the sunrise! I would highly recommend, no complaints.

Fantastic beach property

We unit was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The furniture was comfortable and the view is exceptional. I will look for this unit again when we return to Amelia Island.

Great beach location

This condo was perfect for our beach vacation . The house has wonderful view of beach and easy access to both beach and pool . The condo comfortably accommodated our family of four. Downtown area is just short drive from condo .

The location and the unit itself were excellent. We loved the accessibility to the beach and the step-less boardwalk to the beach. We found the unit had an amazingly well stocked kitchen (utensils, appliances, small appliances, etc.) and we were impressed by the furnishings of the unit itself. The entire complex is also VERY pet friendly and nearly everyone there had their dog with them. Communication with the property management was excellent and easy, too. We'll absolutely look to book here again in the future.

Nice beachfront condo

Location was perfect for our family. The set-up worked well. Unit needs a bit of updating (furniture) and kitchen utensils/pans. Also, had to space out showers due to limited hot water. Great beach access and close to restaurants.

Return to Amelia Island

Our No. 1 priority was the ocean view, and the Sailmaker more than met our expectations. There were only two of us - and my sister's dog - so we had plenty of room to spread out. It was a home away from home, except on the ocean. Best part was taking the dog to the beach. So glad we returned to Amelia Island.

Loved the view!

Excellent, wide, unobstructed views looking out over the dunes to the beach. Corner unit with lots of natural light. Quiet neighborhood. Great location south of Ritz-Carlton and north of Omni. Good restaurants at both. There are stairs: an outside flight to the main floor entrance (second floor), then an inside flight from the living area to the master bedroom (third floor). I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and view

The condo has the perfect view. The recliners in the living room are perfect! We couldn't get the internet to connect but I didn’t bother calling anyone. However, the management company called the next to see if everything was ok and someone was there within 30 minutes and it was fixed. Great experience!

Beautiful dog friendly beachfront townhome

We only spent 3 nights at this beachfront rental, but we enjoyed every moment. This place is beautiful and so close to the dunes/beach - the views are incredible. I felt this was the best unit in the entire complex. The VRBO pics are accurate! This place is modern, clean, and well-stocked. Wi-fi worked great. Our group was 2 grandparents, 2 parents, 1 teenager, 1 elementary schooler, and 1 medium dog and 1 tiny dog, and the place was a perfect fit. We didn't need it but we could have fit two more people with the sofabed. They also had an umbrella and some beach toys. Very close to Omni and Ritz, and to multiple restaurants. Also had the use of two pools, tennis courts, etc. Can't recommend this place enough, and the management team was very responsive and kind. We hope to return again soon for a longer time! Thank you to the owner for sharing their incredible summer home!

Unique Dune’s Edge / Ocean View Property

A special townhouse- style unit in an amazing mid-island location with sweeping views of the natural dune-scape and ocean. Not as highly manicured as the Omni / Ritz properties but that was a plus for us. Immediate boardwalk access to the beach for long walks and a desirable sense of privacy, especially during our off-season visit. Highly recommended!

Great getaway for our Family

Nice Condo with stunning views

This property was clean and comfortable. Not quite as "luxurious" as the description, but certainly comfortable. The views are stunning and there is easy access to the beach and community pool. This property would not be suited for those with limited mobility as it is on the 2nd floor requiring the ability to navigate stairs. There is an additional set of stairs inside leading up to the 2 main bedrooms. Although, there are 3 bedrooms in this condo, I would not recommend for 6 adults as the 2 full baths are en-suites which would require the couple in the downstairs bedroom to shower in one of the en-suites upstairs. Not ideal unless you are close family/friends. The downstairs bedroom does have easy access to 1/2 bath so would work for children/teens. The property managers for this unit are excellent. They quickly responded to all my emails/calls both prior to arrival and once on site. They even called after my arrival to make sure things were to my satisfaction. I did have a few minor issues during my stay that they quickly addressed.

Perfect Place to Relax and Renew

We couldn’t be happier with our stay here. It was absolutely beautiful and the most relaxing getaway! The views are spectacular, we had everything we needed. The unit is even prettier than pictured, checking in and out was so easy. It was simply perfect and we will definitely be returning to our cozy spot.
