WE STAYED IN JAX BEACH FOR OUR SON'S WEDDING. THIS WAS THE PERFECT HOUSE FOR OUR STAY - PLENTY OF ROOM INSIDE AND OUT. WE WOULD MOST CERTAINLY STAY HERE AGAIN WHEN IN THE JAX BEACH AREA.

We loved how spacious it was ! Although we had 15 people, we didn’t feel we were right on top of each other! The backyard was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable! It was just what I wanted and exactly as presented.

We stayed at the Coco Villa in Jacksonville Beach for our Daytona 500 bachelor weekend. It was the perfect spot to rest our heads, hang by the pool, and play some games. The location is great for a group of our type. The beach isn't far and both the Jax Beach Pier and Neptune Beach are just a short drive away. Communication with Coco was super easy and prompt. I would definitely recommend this house and host for group stays.

Overall, it was a wonderful house/property for a special family trip! It was my husband's 40th birthday, so we brought our 2 year old, the grandparents and other family and friends (plus a dog) to celebrate. It was an excellent location with plenty of room for all us. While the weather was cold, we still enjoyed our time at the house and enjoyed a lovely family meal together. We could walk to a cute bruch spot, plenty of room to park in the driveway and a fun game room/outdoor space. The owners were very responsive throughout the planning of our trip, as well as answered questions in real time while we were there. Highly recommend checking this place out, especially if you want a location convenient to great Jax attractions/restaurants and golf at TPC Sawgrass.

This was a great house at Jax Beach and easy to get to. Everything you needed was nearby (i.e. restaurants, markets, pharmacy and the beach)! We rented it for only a few days to go to appointments at Mayo Clinic and it was perfect. Lovely house, it had everything you needed, was super clean - we would highly recommend!

The home is 5 stars from the interior design to the small details with the amenities. Across our entire stay everything was perfect. Location is phenomenal as well as it’s a quick walk to the beach, multiple restaurants and a Starbucks

The pictures online do not do this place justice! It was beautiful, huge, and exactly what we needed. The host was incredibly responsive, Close to the beach (~10 min walk), close to Sawgrass, and a very short drive to a ton of restaurants in Neptune Beach. We were very happy with our stay and how clean the place was! If we come back to this area, we hope to stay here again! Thank you!!

What a great house!! We were meeting friends in Jacksonville for a football weekend. We enjoyed the house and its amenities. Would definitely rent again! Owners were awesome and responded quickly with any requests! Great location, short walk to the beach.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Coco’s property and I must say we were pleased beyond measures. It fit 12 guest comfortable and the house was extremely nice and clean. Check in was a breeze also. Overall our stay was amazing. I would definitely book again.

The location in proximity to the beach was a great amenity of this property. We walked to the beach every day we were there. The house looks amazing, was very comfortable and welcoming. We had a family of 10 stay at the house and there was more than enough room. Very spacious open concept house with ample room for all. Communication with the owner was very easy and she was very responsive. The house comes equipped with everything you need. I loved that they included hand soap in the bathrooms and some other essentials so you didn't have to rush out to the store and stock up on those type of items. The house also has a coffee machine and Keurig machine which was a nice touch. I would definitely stay at this property again when visiting Jacksonville Beach and recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

This property was amazing! We had 5 couples for a weekend retreat. The backyard grill got tons of use and the large front yard was the perfect setup for cornhole and other yard games. Great location, close to the beach, grocery and great restaurants. The master was huge and could accommodate kids on the sleeper sofa. Would highly recommend.

The house is beautiful and only 3 blocks from the beach. Coco was easy to communicate with during our stay, and even brought us a pan that we needed for cooking! We had a great time! would definitely book again!
