2025 Convention “Pure Worship”

The house is very roomy, clean and we all felt comfortable in the neighborhood. It’s close to many accommodations that if you need a quick run to the store, restaurants, and entertainment it’s all there within 10 minutes away

Mostly Good Stuff

We originally planned to meet up with family in Jacksonville and attend a wedding. It turns out that only my wife and I were able to make it so it was a much bigger place than we needed but we didn't know it until we had booked the place. This is a full size house in a very nice neighborhood. When we arrived we had no problem getting in, but there was no welcome letter or indication of wifi. We contacted the host and we immediately received an electronic version. The house is exactly as presented, but there were some things missing which we expected. There was a coffee maker, but no tea or coffee. There were plenty of utensils but only two teaspoons in the mix. We had brought our own tea bags so we decided to microwave some cups of water, but discovered the microwave was not completely cleaned. There was a tissue box cover in one of the rooms, but no facial tissue in the entire house. While the house in general was very clean there were some signs of neglect such as big red stain in the carpet in the living room, broken screens in the back porch, and a hot surface warning light that was always lit on the cooktop. I looked for a pan to cook breakfast in the morning and discovered many beat up teflon pans near the sink. I did discover a really nice stainless steel pan which we used for my breakfast. Our bed was very comfortable. The towels and linens were clean and smelled fresh. There was plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner. Shower was clean, big and worked great.

Large house with lots of room. Needs work and a good cleaning.

House needs updating and a good cleaning. Carpet was dirty but the kitchen/bathrooms were clean. Owner was responsive when we had electronic lock problems. Listing stated the check out time was 11:00. Cleaning crew was waiting outside before 10:00 expecting to get in at 10:00 based on the notice listed on the wall.

Birthday weekend

Great house - Needs Improvements

The house and the size of the house is great. However, it needs lots of improvements. The carpet is filthy with stains all through the house. The walls and baseboards need a major cleaning and could use a fresh coat of paint. The mattress in the purple bedroom is horrible and needs to be replaced. The couch is extremely uncomfortable and has a piece of wood under the cushions to keep you from going to the floor. I feel that with a few improvements this house would be a good place to stay.

Our to go House for Jacksonville, Florida

Our stay 2yrs ago there was very nice so we wanted to do it again and I tell u what it was just as wonderful the second time as the first. This is our to go house every time we come to Jacksonville. Lots of rooms Exspecially bathrooms with 6-7 ladies.and love the layout of the house Exspecially the patio with a bathroom right there. Yes our to go house. Thank you so much Michael Mattis. Always Sondra & Janice and our ladies from "Woman with A Purpose". PS the rate for Manager 1star is because we never spoke with a manager and it will not let me skip it.

Couples Getaway

The house was beautiful, spacious, clean. The reason for my 3 Stars is because for me and my guests the beds was too hard, so we all had trouble sleeping at night, I wished I had known that the 3 other beds room didn't have a private bathroom in the rooms, So FYI only the Master Bathroom has it own bathroom in the bedroom. The other 3; 2 rooms have to share and then there is another room without a TV has a bathroom outside the room. I must have missed the part when I was reading the description that if you stay 5 or more night you get more than 1 set of Towel and Rag, We had to re-wash our Towels and Rag because we only was there 3 nights, which I have never had that to happen. All the other VRBO rental supplies enough towels and rags for your whole stay. On the picture it looks to be a grill around back, but there isn't 1 now. We like to grill when we on our Couples Getaway. But I do recommend this property to other because this is how we felt, people have to different preferences.

Perfect Graduation!

My family visited Jacksonville to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation. The hosts Michael and Tiphanie were exceptional and extremely accommodating. Their home was well kept very spacious. My family had a great time celebrating each other during our stay. This will definitely be my go to when visiting in the future.

Our stay was great! We were in Jacksonville for business. The location was good for us. The best part was the excellent communication with the host, Michael. He was very prompt in responding to a few questions we had. Overall, the house was in a nice neighborhood, clean and a well appointed kitchen. We would stay here again given the opportunity. Marriage weekend Retreat

Home is in a quiet, well maintained neighborhood.

This home is spacious and comfortable! Easy access to airport and JAX attractions. All amenities are just as described. Screened in porch with dining chairs and table was added bonus for morning coffee and conversation.

Wonderful accommodations

This was a very clean and very comfortable home. We enjoyed our night in Jacksonville so my daughters and I could attend a function at the Florida Theater.
