The nearby beach is absolutely breathtaking, and I often find myself daydreaming about it.

The inviting kitchen is adorned with stone countertops and gleaming stainless steel appliances. It is also fully stocked with a coffee maker, French press, coffee grinder, toaster, microwave, blender, cookware, bakeware, and more. You`ll find all the essential cooking staples such as oil, pepper, spices, and condiments already provided for your convenience.

This property boasts state-of-the-art 65 inch UHD 4K smart TVs in the living room and 40 inch UHD 4K smart TVs with popular streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and Disney+ in each bedroom. Moreover, the entire home is equipped with a reliable and fast WIFI system, ensuring you stay connected throughout your stay.

Downstairs, you`ll discover a cozy living room complete with a comfortable sleeper sofa and a 65 inch television. The kitchen features a convenient pass-through window that opens up to a spacious dining area, making it perfect for entertaining. Additionally, there`s a powder bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and detergent is provided for your convenience.

The max occupancy per city regulations is 6 people over the age of 24 months--children under 24 months are not counted in that maximum and are welcome. House has baby gates for the stairs. There are several a Baby Equipment Rental Places nearby that will deliver, e.g., cribs, high chairs, etc., to the house during your stay.

This beautiful townhouse is situated just half a mile from the pristine sand and sparkling waters of the Atlantic Ocean as well as a world-class golf course, making it the perfect location for both beach-goers and golf enthusiasts alike. With its airy interior and state-of-the-art amenities, you`ll feel right at ease in this spacious and inviting space. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, you`ll enjoy the peace and tranquility that comes with beach living, while still being just a short walk away from all the action. Whether you`re looking to surf, parasail, kayak, fish or attend a convention at the nearby center, this townhouse has it all. Plus, with its pet-friendly policy, your furry friends can join in on the fun too!

This quiet neighborhood is between the Jax Beach golf course and the ocean. The neighborhood is relaxed and quiet. People love taking walks, jogging, riding bikes, scooters, and golf carts. Since our neighborhood is mostly residential we do not host large parties and events at this location.

But it is the beach, and you can enjoy cookouts with friends and dinners outdoors until late at night! We are glad if our guests are having a good time with family and friends and we are not worried about happy noise.

The house has 3 parking spots available in front of the property on the cement driveway. There is additional parking around the corner that is first come, first serve. We supply bicycles and helmets to roam around the area. You can rent a street legal golf cart to get around that can be delivered to the house. Our neighborhood is a residential beach community. Not much traffic, walkable and great for bike riding.

If you enjoy walking, there are several good coffee spots on 3rd Ave just a few minutes away. A few blocks south you will find some Restaurants (Tulua Bistro is a favorite breakfast spot within walking distance, (10 min) . Grocery shopping is a few minutes by car at Publix at Beach Blvd and 4th.

There is a Publix about a 3 minute drive away for groceries.

There`s a Beach Buggy app you can download for FREE rides and recommendations to the residents and visitors of the Beaches community. They operate environmentally friendly, zero emission, long-range, 8-10 seater electric carts and 14 passenger vans. Partnering with local businesses sponsors for advertisement, who are listed as official Beachside Buggy stops and destination choices in our app, contributing to the operating costs and allowing the shuttles to be complimentary to all our passengers.
Riders are not charged any type of fee, but encouraged to tip drivers however they see fit.

Riders can request on-demand rides between our sponsor network locations, businesses, hotels, and residential addresses via our mobile app. Service is available Thursday- Sunday late afternoon until Midnight at the Beaches.

We supply beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, a cooler, 4 boogie boards, 4 bikes, and a wagon to hold beach items.

There are great shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. It`s located 10 minutes from the Mayo Clinic, 15 minutes from the TCP Sawgrass golf course, 30 minutes from historic St. Augustine to the south and Amelia Island is 40 minutes north, Savannah, GA., is 2 hours north, and Disney World is only 2.5 hours south.

The property is just a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute bike ride to and from the beach. A beach wagon is available to transport coolers, towels, chairs, and other beach necessities which makes it easier and more relaxing.

Spectacular sunrises greet you on your morning visit to the beach for coffee or a stroll and occasionally the dolphins will meet you there. It is known for its flat open beach which makes it great for hanging out at the beach; walking or running, beachcombing, and riding beach cruiser bicycles. Playing in the sand and surf is a great way to spend your days, but the fun doesn`t stop there!

Since the property is at the heart of Jax Beach, you can walk to all the events and festivals within a few minutes without worrying about finding or paying any parking. Many shops and restaurants, featuring local artists and top chefs are within a short walk. Jax Beach Amphitheater hosts many spring and summer festivals featuring well known jazz and blues artists.

Jacksonville Beach is a fun filled beach community close to many attractions in sunny/warm Florida. Jacksonville Beach Pier, Adventure Landing, Kathryn Hannah State Park and Mayport Naval Station are nearby. Mayport, an original fish camp, is famous for its Mayport shrimp caught fresh daily.

Mayo Clinic/Hospital is only 10-15 minutes away. St Augustine, ‘The Nation’s Oldest City`, is less than 15 miles away and offers many fun and interesting tourist features, an alligator farm, the Fountain of Youth and Premium Outlet malls.

Don`t forget to bring your golf clubs. Home of THE PLAYERS Championship, birthplace of the TPC Network, and backdrop to the PGA TOUR headquarters, the TPC Sawgrass golf course in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., 5 miles away, is perhaps the world’s most famous golf course. THE PLAYERS Stadium Course sports one of the most recognizable and challenging holes on the PGA TOUR. The notorious par-3, 17th hole, features an island green that makes or breaks many a PGA TOUR pro’s round.

Very centrally located in Jacksonville Beach, Whole Foods, Trader Joe`s, Publix, and Target are a few blocks south of the street and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping that are close by. Make sure to reserve your dates early; this one-of-a-kind vacation rental fills up fast. It will be a pleasure to host you, your family, and/or friends.


Regarding weather, unless the National Weather Service has issued a mandatory evacuation for our area refunds will follow our cancellation policy. We highly recommend that you purchase cancel for any reason trip insurance to best protect your non-refundable trip expenses.

RATES Rates are quoted on a per night, per week, or per month basis as noted. Unless specified, check-in time is after 4:00 p.m., and checkout by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Charges vary and are subject to change without notice. The property comes fully equipped with television(s), linens, dishes and utensils, soap, and paper goods.

CANCELLATION POLICY Guest can cancel a reservation up to 48 hours after booking with no penalty. If date of arrival is less than this at the time of booking cancellation is only available without penalty up to 4 pm day of arrival. Any cancellations after such time are not refundable. All funds paid to the date of cancellation will be retained as a cancellation fee.

CHECK-IN Upon receipt of full payment your Reservation Confirmation will be emailed to you. Your check-in information and instructions and access code to your unit will be messaged too you the day of arrival and will include your unique door access code. Check-In time is 4:00 pm. To request an early check-in, please call or email us as your earliest convenience, a few days prior to your arrival to see if we can accommodate your request.

CHECK-OUT Check-out is 11:00 am on the day of departure. Your entire party must vacate the property and lock up the unit by 11:00 am. Failure to check out on time may result in a $150 late fee. The Property will be inspected and cleaned upon your departure and the cleaning fee has been included in your total rental fee. Late check-outs after 11:00 am can be requested. Departures later than 2:00 pm will be charged a full day’s rate. If you would like a late check-out, please plan with us at least 24 hours before departure time. Late departures are subject to calendar availability and cannot be guaranteed.
