What a wonderful property. The beach was just across the street and the community pool was plenty big to handle the visitors every day. The house was comfortable with plenty of amenities. I would certainly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy and explore Surf City Beach and surrounding areas.

This property is amazing. The house is spacious and beautiful. There were 9 of us and we all had everything we could need. All you need to brung is your clothes and food.You will find every convenience in this home and much more.You're in a gated community with a wonderful pool and playground. Literally steps from a clean and quiet beach.The sunsets off the decks are gorgeous.

Such a wonderful house! They provided Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas, not just cheap beach chairs. We were impressed! Each room also had a floor fan which was phenomenal. There was every kitchen appliance and gadget you could need. They even had containers to use for leftovers throughout the week. The owners were super nice and would text you right back if needed. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone vacationing on TI.

My husband and two young children thoroughly enjoyed our stay at “our topsail escape.” You cannot beat the simple walk to the beach and pool access, especially with kids. The home had everything we needed in the kitchen and our kids enjoyed all the many activities and games offered at the condo. The outdoor shower and elevator that actually operated smoothly were extra perks as well. Communication with the Mclean family was first class. We will definitely be back. Our only feedback would be a more comfortable mattress in the master bedroom, it dipped quite a bit. Thanks for a memorable beach adventure!!

It was our first time in Topsail and we loved everything from local attractions to enjoying the beach every day. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach or pool and beautiful sunsets. We felt at home with plenty of things to cook with, games to play and even beach toys. Looking forward to next year already!

“Our Topsail Escape” did not disappoint! We had the most amazing two weeks here. It isn’t like staying in a rental property at all. The owners take great care to ensure it feels like home the moment you walk into the property. No detail is overlooked and every amenity is provided. It is great for kids, pets, families, or couples! The Queens Grant community is peaceful and beautiful with a great pool and easy beach access. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and can’t wait to return.

From the moment we secured the vacation property, we knew it would work our well. The owners were very responsive and friendly and set the tone for a great trip.They made the process so easy and 100% prepared us for our stay. They not only provided directions for everything, but pictures and detailed instructions. This was the first trip(and we've had many), that we did not lack for anything. The house was clean and beautifully located. Great neighborhood and location. We will definitely return.

This home was absolutely beautiful!!!! I’m very picky when it comes to cleanliness & I can’t rave enough about it!!! You would never know this was a pet friendly home. The people in the gated community were very friendly & the beach just across the street!!! Our family will definitely be back!

We always like to get together for a week every couple years. This house was perfect for that to happen! We will definitely be back. Just make sure the master bedroom lock is fixed. Other than h hat dream house!

This was our first trip to Topsail and certainly will not be our last. My wife and two toddler boys and my parents enjoyed a week in paradise. The location is a quick walk to the beach and pool. My dad and I really enjoy cooking and this kitchen was beyond stocked with everything we needed. My parents have vacationed in the Carolinas for 4 decades and have never seen a kitchen so stocked! My boys loved the full size bed along with the trundle pull out. The views were spectacular. The outdoor showers were a lifesaver for our toddlers after the beach. Overall, one of our most memorable vacations. Thank you!

This amazing home was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with all the amenities. Just a short walk to the uncrowded beach ... a couple of days it actually felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Very efficient and helpful communication from the owners. We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This beautiful house was the ideal stay for our family Topsail vacation. We enjoyed being able to see the water from the wide decks and having quick access to the beach. We had a good time in Surf City making signs at “Board & Brush” in Surf City just a few minutes drive away. The kitchen offered everything we needed for meal prep and provided lots of seating. The elevator was a godsend for my mom who has some knee issues and made bringing our luggage in and out so easy! The owners were attentive to all our questions and shared detailed information that made our stay problem free and so enjoyable! Can’t wait to visit again.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay! The kitchen was well stocked and spotless! Great location, very close to the beach! We were even able to see some dolphins and enjoyed a gorgeous sunset! Our dog enjoyed our stay as well. The owner was great and courteous to work with as we had to reschedule our stay. Thank you for sharing your Beach Escape with us!

We had a fabulous time during our stay. The home was beautiful. The beach was just a very short walk so we were able to enjoy time sunbathing, swimming, & fishing. The owner was fantastic to work with & made everything so easy & stress-free. We can't wait to visit again!!!

Loved the property as it was spacious, clean and well appointed! It appears just as shown in the pictures. The elevator was extremely handy instead of having to lug our stuff upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of space. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The property great for a morning or evening walks. Our favorite was enjoying the sunset views from the balcony! Bill was a very helpful and thoughtful host! Thanks for allowing us to share a small piece of your beautiful home.
