We had a lovely stay at this property one house back from the beach. We wanted a peaceful time on the beach visiting our son at camp lejeune and it really fit the bill. Being able to bring our dogs was an added bonus. The property was clean with a well stocked kitchen for making a Thanksgiving meal. The check in/out process was very easy. The one thing I want to highlight, this property is really not for anyone with mobility issues. Most of the neighborhood properties are on stilts so it seems common for the area. Overall, excellent stay and would come here again!

We enjoyed a lovely stay. The property manager was painstaking patient with me, when WE WENT TO THE WRONG HOUSE! He was so kind. The house is as it appears on the listing. One row back from the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Lots to do around but, why would you not enjoy the beach on a beach vacation? A short 40 minutes from the Wilmington airport. We were visiting our Marine and so he had a nice week off with us and showed us around. The property manager had a lot of great restaurant recommendations as well. I would stay again.

North Top Sail

Great house very close to beach with awesome view of ocean from balcony. House was big enough for my family to stay comfortably. We recommend going to Surf City Coffee and Max’s Pizza.

Wonderful time

Very nice house in a good location. Easy access to the beach (very short walk from the house to the sand) through a public access point. The house was extremely clean and very well stocked with appliances and cooking utensils. Brand new grill was a terrific bonus. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. It was not an issue for anyone other than my elderly mother, but there are a lot of steps to climb from parking underneath the house to the living area with the kitchen. Overall, I would highly recommend this house and foresee many future stays here with the family!! Thanks for a wonderful getaway with family.

Spring Break 2025

Overall, our stay was pretty good. The location was fantastic. The cleanliness could have been better. It appeared as if it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, someone else’s sock was under the dresser that I stayed in, there was large dead water bug behind the night stand in the room my granddaughter stayed in (saw it while I was plugging in her iPad to charge). The commodes needed a touch up, and the coffee table had a thick coat of dust on it. The living room furniture (couches ) looks and feels to be at the end of their lifespan . I realize that this property allows up to 3 dogs, which is a super, super nice benefit/bonus, which is why the couches probably need upgrading. Another bonus is having the linens and towels provided. One very nice feature was a brand new outside grill, we thoroughly enjoyed using it. You can definitely get your exercise with all the steps from the ground to the upper levels. Would not recommend this property to anyone with mobility issues. Again, overall this property is a very good place to rent and the value is reasonable. We would consider booking it again for our next trip.

Great Vacation Week!!!

Everything about the property was great. We expected an outdoor shower and there is one, but it is not enclosed. It worked out fine. Great location and very close to the beach. Can't wait to get back. Bob was great to work with and very nice.

We loved our stay and plan to return Quiet a few steps to climb but well worth the accommodations and view of beach. Comfortable deck chairs were a big plus. Overall, wonderful house, pleasant property manager, and great location

Great house, great location

Spent a week bonding with family on the beach! Loved that our dogs could join us as they are the important family members too. The location made it easy for everyone to come and go as they pleased - no schedules to follow! This was one of my favorite vacations ever. Even Tropical Storm Ophelia couldn’t derail our fun. She just added to the adventure!

Great house - lots of room! Four spacious bedrooms that would easily fit 10 people (8 adults + 2 kids). Quick walk to the beach! There’s a sandbar at low tide-don’t forget your boogeyboards! We look forward to going back again!

Family Vacation

This property was very nice and exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for the whole family and really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Lots of stairs for us older folks but by the end of the week we were all used to them. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great place to stay

Very nice and clean. Numerous windows, sliding doors, and several decks too. Very easy process to check in and out. The property manager, Bob, was easily assessable and vary friendly. The kitchen is well stocked. Rooms are nice. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

This rental was by far the best my family have rented and stayed for a beach vacation. The beach is literally just steps away, all stores are within about a 3 mile drive. Home is well furnished and kitchen was stocked with all tools needed for big meals.

Nice Beach House and location

The house is in great condition and we loved the bedroom configurations. Beautiful ocean views and beach access is convenient. The only downside was no beach chairs or beach toys that were available to use.

Fantastic house and location

Just a quick note about our fantastic trip. My wife and I traveled with 4 17 yr old boys and the house was perfect. Clean and great location. We've been to Topsail several times, and really enjoyed this home. Bob the property manager was also excellent. Hey Bob! Really great to meet you my friend. We'll call you next year.

Loved the location!! The beach is just a quick walk across the street. Also had a great view of the ocean. The decks are nice and big, and I loved that I could see the ocean from the kitchen and living room area. There’s also a great restaurant just down the main street, Surf City Line. We were able to walk and ride our bikes there,

Better than expected

We’ve stayed in a few rental beach properties, and while always enjoying ourselves (love the beach!) have come to expect to be disappointed in things with regard to the properties, i.e. sparsely furnished kitchenware, low quality towels & linen, kitchen layout too small for more than 1 person etc… We were not disappointed at all with this property, it was fantastic. Steps from a beautiful beach (1st time to Topsail), easy to get to, a floor plan that works for 2 or 10 people, We loved it. Just one heads up, not a criticism, the property is 3 levels so there are lots of stairs. If you’re not in good shape, the stairs will be challenging.
