Sweeping ocean views are the hallmarks of the property while the beautifully appointed public and private spaces are thoughtfully laid out to maximize family living and entertaining. The gracious porches and balcony were designed to enhance the expansive view and comfort. Plenty of local shopping, dining and nightlife in Jax, Neptune and Atlantic Beaches. Perfect Location. Such a beautiful home right on the beach! The home is in a prime neighbirhood.. The hosts were great! We used the heated pool and hot tub our entire trip over Thanksgiving week with the beach water being chilly during that time of year. You will have to pay extra for heating the pool and hot tub, but worth it. The hot tub will be heated only 4 hours a day, so you will have to communicate when you would like to turned on. It was fairly easy to text daily.

Perfect family beach house

This is a great house in the heart of Ponte Vedra. The location is perfect. The house is in well maintained and nicely decorated. The layout with master bedroom down and four bedrooms upstairs worked out great for our family.

Perfect stay once again

This is our second time here and, once again, it was a wonderful stay for our family. The home itself is beautiful and equipped with everything you could need. The kids loved the pool and spent a lot of time swimming while the adults enjoyed the amazing beach views. Beach access is very easy and the beach is never crowded. We have stayed in many beach houses over the years and this is truly our favorite!

This was our second visit to this fantastic property. Ellen and Phil were great hosts and were very attentive to any small problems we ran into. This is a gem of a home that is on a the most amazing beach with many great restaurants nearby. We are already planning on returning in the near future.

An amazing house and location

Wow, what a fantastic house. Beautifully decorated, well organized, and plenty of amenities. Everything was absolutely fantastic. We will be returning for many years. Our visit had great weather, relaxing atmosphere and a chance to recharge with our small family. This property is setup for a few up to many folks with the number of bedrooms and community areas. Every room was decorated nicely, felt extremely comfortable and gave a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. I would definitely setup another visit in the future. The attention to detail with items for the beach, the kitchen and even some toys for small children were very much appreciated. My wife enjoyed the area so much she is open to moving to the area permanently.
