Stayed here during a three-day golf trip-directions and instructions were clear as advertised. Great AC inside the house. Only word of caution, steps up to the apartment were steep!

Wonderful Property

Everything about the property was great. The location (to the beach) and the neighborhood was incredible. Property was VERY clean and had all the needed items for our month long stay. Host and the property manager was very accessible and available for communication. We were there for the Mayo Clinic and it was very short drive from there and the ease and accessibility of the unit was a welcome calm considering the reason we were there. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was updated, spacious and very clean. Our only negative takeaway was there were no cutting knives, which was odd given the full kitchen, but could not really cut food unless we used a butter knife. Could have used another roll of toilet paper, but everything else was really fine!!

We had an amazing stay. The check in process was super easy and convenient. The home was clean, bright and welcoming. Even the beds slept well. The location is perfect- within a five minute walk to the beach! Will definitely book again!

Visting a friend

I picked this apartment for the porch - a place where we could enjoy the warmth in Aptil and have a hangout for the girls. But the rest of the apartment was just as inviting. So clean and bright and like new! The kitchen is very cool - pure IKEA with space saving drawers and trash/recycling, and a pantry for your food. The host provided coffe, tea, and condiments - very nice. The kitchen bar was perfect for late night wine talk. The living area is small but efficient. A book with instructions regarding the tv and other important info along with restaurants and things to do suggestions. The one bath is spacious and offers everything you need although the 3 of us did go thru all the TP. Lol. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the host even supplied robes. Pretty cool. The three gals agree that a few additions would be nice - a dresser in the two smaller rooms would be handy for people staying a week or more. A side table for one end of the couch to set down a book or a drink. A puff or small foot cushion for the couch to help make one comfy. The blankets and pillows were wonderful for hunkering down with a good movie! The location is awesome. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. I would be excited to stay in this apartment again.

Everything Was Perfect

What a beautiful place!!!!! Extremely clean! Well stocked! Tastefully decorated! Great location! Short walk to the beach! The host was so welcoming and responsive! Truly loved everything about it! Looking very forward to coming back, hopefully soon.

Everything was fantastic! Great location! Well equipped and the hosts were so easy to work with. They were super responsive and very accommodating! Would 100% stay there again

This rental was in a perfect location. It was within walking distance from the beach and Jax pier. If you do decide to drive the parking at the beach is extremely cheap. The rental was perfect for our family of 5. Attila was so communicative and helpful. I would 100% stay here next time I’m visiting Jacksonville.

Great place to stay

Really well done newly remodeled home with great detail given to interior design and accommodations. Great Location. Jogged 2 miles every morning through a nice neighborhood and tons of shops within walking distance along with the beach being across the street.
