The property was absolutely perfect for us. It was nothing to walk the brick festival and a fun café right down the street. Would absolutely stay there again.

The guest house is lovely and perfect for what I needed. The front garden was extraordinary and I was happy to meet the hosts the next morning.

Our stay was so nice. The cottage was clean and right in the middle of Jacksonville so it was easy to go anywhere. The owner gave us some polished rocks and jalapeño mustard on our way out. He was very nice, will definitely stay here again.

This place was even better than I had hoped for! It is very roomy with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. It is very clean and looks so well maintained. It is also within walking distance of a cafe and not too ling of a walk to downtown. The folks who run the place are very friendly as well!

All was in new tip top condition, we were able to connect our Tesla to power overnight, and we got to meet and spend time at the private cozy porch table with Leo the resident porch cat who was very friendly.

The rental was very clean and comfortable. More suited for a couple or single person, although there was a couch-hide-a-bed. It even had a washer/dryer. Next to a great little restaurant as well, which made it very convenient. Great place for the price.

Charleen's Cottage guest house was great. It is walkable to everything in Jacksonville. Well equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. There is a deck near the front door and free off street parking. We would stay in the cottage again, when in Jacksonville.

Was in town for just one night with my adult kids. From start to finish the stay at Charleen’s Cottage was perfect. The house was clean, comfortable and walkable to downtown jville. The hosts were extremely friendly and warm, they even gave us some tumbled rocks and jalapeño jam! We will definitely be back!
