Wonderful house! Very spacious, clean, and inviting - perfect for eating meals together and relaxing on the couches at the end of the day for our family of 7. Beds were very comfortable! Exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful well stocked Home

This home was just as advertised. It was gorgeous, very clean and had everything we needed and then some. Kitchen was very well stocked. Pool was nice, too! It’s not too close to the beach but we rented golf carts to get there and that was fun.

Absolutely loved it!

Perfect place for a large single family or multiple families. Just a family of five that stayed but was perfect for us. Beautiful main floor with awesome and large kitchen. Multiple outdoor spaces to lounge and find privacy. Lots of trees and plantings so with the wind the pool was dirty all the time. No problem there since the system worked well and there was a net so we cleaned it out frequently during our stay. Bummed there was no pool heater though. Too cold to get in.

We enjoyed the house. It has a beautiful kitchen and is nicely decorated throughout.

We stayed for 2 weeks in February. The house is just as nice as listing shows. It is way back in the neighborhood but great for walking and biking around. It was not pool weather but the yard and pool area are lovely.

Nice but could have been better

Would have been a five star review had the owner allowed access to all amenities of the property. The pool filter was off so the pool was unusable after 24 hours. The water softener was not on so the hard water made bathing a chore. And there are cameras so beware you are being watched.

Great Amelia Island getaway

The home was beautiful and my family loved it. We are a family of 6 with 4 kids 10 and under. Plenty of room to hang out and the kids loved the built in bunks. The plantation is tricky getting in and out of if you are unfamiliar with it, but a couple days in my husband figured it out. It’s a drive to the beach but our family was ok with it. Better directions getting to the main gate would have been helpful, Google maps/gps does not do that. You do not have access to the Omni hotel pool staying in this home but have access to the restaurants, shops, and little activities in the plantation. My kids loved the Restaurants, mini golf, and nature center. The pool pump was broken and they told us about it the day of arrival. That was a little annoying but the rental agency made it right. However, great home, great week, definitely recommend!

A really fun week! Nice property

The home was a fun, relaxing place to vacation with family. Expectations were met or exceeded. Thank You! A couple of recommendations: a proper ladder or step system for pool entry and exit..older folks and physically challenged would be appreciative. Also, explain in detail on arrival the challenges locating the property-house. Omni wasn’t mentioned but the property requires entry to the Omni resort.

Perfect Ga/Fla weekend

We enjoyed this beautiful home with a party of 6 Georgia Bulldawgs. The immaculate property and beautifully decorated home is perfect for relaxing and enjoying good friends. Celebrating our third win in a row against the gators was awesome! Hopefully we can return next year and stay here. Highly recommend!

Great House

The house was beautiful and the neighborhood exceptional. It is located further in the neighborhood so the street was very private and quite. The kitchen was well equipped and set up for a large family who likes to cook and entertain. Their is also a great outdoor area and pool which was perfect for barbecuing and hanging out. Definitely bring bikes because there are plenty of bike paths around the neighborhood as well as paths to the marshes. This will be our "Go-To-House" any future trips to Amelia Island.
