Great stay

Excellent location, very close to beach access! House was clean and nice. The yard was weedy and needed some maintenance. I would stay here again!!

Great property

The house was in a great location and very roomy for our family. The new outdoor shower was nice, but only cold water. The sliding doors were not easy to open, but the side door worked for our family. The views from the front porch were wonderful. Great vacation home and the location is perfect

A wonderful house in every way!

We had a wonderful week at our favorite beach. The house is delightful, and you can hear the ocean waves 24 x 7. There are decent views of the ocean between or around the one row of houses across the street between this house and the beach. One technical warning: VRBO makes it look like the payment for a damage waiver is optional, but the realty company adds it to the purchase. I chose to not purchase it. I don't know if they would charge your twice if you chose to purchase it, or if it would just add one charge. I bet you will love this house! Clean, generous spaces indoors and out, very well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.

Relaxing and Comfortable Home

We had a great spring vacation at "By The Sea". The home was spacious and comfortable. We loved that we were able to take our dogs with us (they are part of the family!). There were some issues with the sliding glass doors not opening, but when reported, someone was sent out to fix it (the salt air and sand does a number on everything at the beach). Loved the spacious deck and view of the ocean. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home!

Week at the beach

House was clean and the location , close to access to the beach was good, House in need of maintenance. Sliding doors almost impossible to work. Bedroom one was stuck, had to clean out mud underneath slide to get it to move at all and handle was broken. Screens missing from windows. Windows hard to open. No instructions related to the house Wifi and operation of the TV in instruction book, also it did not tell us when trash pick up was specifically for our house. When we called for help withTV staff did not know what system we had and we spent a fair amount of time looking for a non existent remote. Finally got it working on the last day. Missed the personal connection and information I usually expect with VRBO. Need cereal bowls in kitchen. Too many HUGE serving bowls not enough small ones.

Great location

By the Sea was a cute, clean house almost directly across from the public beach access. The north end of the island is quieter, just how we like it. The home had some normal wear and tear, which we expected at the end of a busy rental season. We had a great time relaxing on the beach with our dog!

Really enjoyed our stay in By the Sea. It was a perfect location and at the public beach access. The house was clean and beautiful. The kitchen could use some more cooking pans in better shape but that is a minor problem. I hope to return next summer in the same house if possible.
