The view of the beach and short walk to the beach were exceptional. The home was very dated and desperately needs updating. The bathroom counters are so low that one has to bend over uncomfortably to use the sink. The beds are EXTREMELY hard and uncomfortable. This makes for a miserable experience for a week stay. The carpet was dirty and needs to be cleaned. The upstairs bedrooms were very hot and you need to have a box fan running at all times to have any cool air circulation. The closet door was falling off the hinges in the master suite. The views from the den and master bedroom were very nice. I would not rent this condo again because of the numerous areas that need attention.

Wonderful Winter Break

We loved staying at this property. The location could not be better….on the beach and with beautiful walking paths so close by. Living room and 2 bedrooms face the ocean so greeted with sunrise. Kitchen and rest of home well appointed with nice touches like flashlights and chargers. The owner was very responsive to a small problem that we had. HIGHLY recommend

Wonderful vacation home!

We really enjoyed this property. It's our second time staying there. Paul is great to work with- easy to reach quickly with any questions. We love the location and also the spaciousness and privacy of the townhome and gorgeous views of the water.

Great time with family and friends.

More than enough room for our family. Use of the garage was a big help. Great view. The condo was well stocked with toiletries. The kitchen had all we needed. The open concept downstairs made it easy to socialize.

Wonderful!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and spacious. We loved the ocean views from both levels of the home and the proximity to the beach. Paul is very responsive if you have any questions. We have already booked our next stay! We highly recommend.

Peaceful and killer location

This was probably our 20th stay at Amelia Island, and this property stands out as a favorite. The location is unbeatable, with a super quiet beach and views of the ocean from the main level. It's a quiet neighborhood and there was rarely anyone at the pool. The apartment itself was open, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The mid-century vibe was a welcome change from tropical-on-steroids decor. Lots of thoughtful details -- very comfy beach chairs, folding table and chairs in the garage, great toiletries, and a lovely frame TV that displays art when not in use. Would love to return.

Wonderful property!

We loved this property so much we have already booked it for next year. We have been going to Amelia Island for about 15 years for 1-2 weeks and this was our favorite. The location was great( just a short walk to the beach). We were worried that the views wouldn’t be so great on the first floor but they were spectacular. The rooms are large snd cooking breakfast for our three adult children and their significant others was a breeze. We also had plenty of seating room and the condo was the most well appointed that we have ever stayed at. The owner was great snd everything was perfect

Delightful, perfect townhouse for a memorable vacation

This is a very welcoming, comfortable, well appointed townhouse that feels light and airy. Everything that we needed during the week was there and available. It accommodated our group of 7 adults beautifully and everyone was appreciative of the care that clearly has been put into creating this home away from home for others to enjoy Amelia Island. The beach is quite spacious with very few people in the immediate area. We were excited to find shark teeth on our walks. The water and waves this summer are perfect 80+ degrees! We enjoyed watching the many turtles walk around their dunes. We also loved the nearby town and northern end of the island, enjoying great meals and atmosphere. Last, the owner, Paul, was very responsive and accommodating back and forth with questions that we had. We loved our vacation stay at this townhouse and highly recommend it to everyone!
