We had a wonderful week at the beach staying at Shipwatch Villas. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The whole property is so clean. The pool is centrally located and such a nice size. We never felt crowded while in the pool and it was always clean. The condo is updated and wonderfully furnished. The beds are very comfortable. The views for the sunrise is incredible. It was a fantastic view from the balcony!Michelle, our host was wonderful. She was just a text away if needed. Her communication with us was over and above. This was one of the nicest experiences we’ve had when renting a condo at the beach.

Beautiful place with easy access to the beach and a gorgeous pool. This vacation rental thought of everything from cookware to beach gear. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Amelia Island. Very spacious and functional. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely keep this place bookmarked for future trips.

We had an amazing stay at this beach rental! The unit is an end unit, which gave us extra privacy and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It's in a remote and quiet location, surrounded by natural beauty, which made it feel like a true escape from the everyday hustle.The space itself was beautiful and very spacious, with plenty of room to unwind. One of our favorite parts was the stunning water views—absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise. The unit was also exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable.If you're looking for a private, serene beach retreat with gorgeous views and a clean, spacious interior, this place is a fantastic choice. We would absolutely stay here again!

We wanted a little get away for the weekend and this villa was perfect. It was very clean and we had no issues during our stay. It’s a short walk to the beach approximately 2-3 minutes. We loved the pool area as well and would take a dip after the beach. Showers are conveniently located by the pool area so you can wash off the sand before entering. Everyone was friendly and it was a peaceful quiet area which we enjoyed. Thanks to Michelle for being a great host. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay again sometime.

The unit is very well equipped and very clean. It is close to the beach with great views and easy access to everything. It is a 20 minute easy drive to town but that was fine as it is the quiet end of the island. We would definitely go back. Michele and the owners were very responsive to the one small issue we had.

The property was clean, well stocked and the property manager was super responsive. The beds were a bit soft for me… but that is just a preference! The balcony had incredible sunrise views and the Omni property has so many amenities!!

Our family of 6 with ages ranging from 10 to 80 stayed here for a week in October. This was a wonderful time of the year to stay as we had the pool and beach nearly to ourselves. The condo is a short walk from the pool and beach. There were adequate beach towels and beach chairs. Kitchen is large and stocked with plentiful dishes, glasses, pots and pans, etc. The property has nice walking trails and is very pretty for morning walks. There are great restaurants close by and in downtown Fernandina Beach. Although there is an elevator, it stops at a 1/2 floor level, so you do need to walk up 6-8 steps unto reach the level of the condo. This wasn’t an issue for us, but could be for someone with mobility issues.

The condo was excellent, clean, and comfortable, just as advertised. Our hosts were also timely in their communication and everything was a breeze. The unit was steps to the pool and a few more steps to the beach. We had two toddlers in our family, so the convenience factor was a major plus. The unit has plenty of space and all everything within worked perfectly. We would definitely book again.

Wonderful family vacation in a beautiful condo! Everything you need for a wonderful week at the beach! Communication was super- hostess was quick to response to any question/needs. Plenty of room for our whole family-we enjoyed watching the sunrise from the patio in the mornings and then playing cards at night at the table which fit our whole crew. My grandchildren and children are ready to go back-this was one of our favorite places to stay on Amelia Island so far!

We had our annual family reunion. 6 condos were rented throughout AIP. Ours was by far the nicest! We loved having access to beach chairs since our car was packed and we left ours at home. We sat on the porch every morning for coffee and watching the sunrise. I loved the lotion they had in the bathroom! Such a nice touch. We loved every minute of our stay at AIP. Thank you for making our week at the beach a 10!!!

This condo was the best place we've stayed at in Amelia Island. From the beds to the kitchen and the bathrooms, everything was really comfortable and updated. They had plenty of really fluffy bath towels along with really nice beach towels. The condo was outfitted with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Even the bath tissues were really soft!:o) This place was amazing!!

My husband and I invited our daughter and her boyfriend and our son to join us for a long weekend. The set-up was fantastic and it was wonderful to have chairs, towels and umbrellas available. Beds and furniture very comfortable. We were happy no sharks got us!

Overall the condo itself was great! The complex is older but this unit is updated. The beds were soft. Kitchen was well stocked. Property owner is available via text and helpful. There were tommy Bahama beach chairs available for use and in good condition. It was nice that all rooms were on the same floor in the condo. However the walk to the beach is up and down a lot of stairs and is far which you should be aware of before booking. The pool was closer and very nice but we were wore out by the time we got to the beach. Deff wouldn’t stay at this particular property if you’re unable to walk far. You can’t take a beach wagon because there are too many sets of stairs. Once you make it out to the beach, it’s a huge beach area with alot of room.

Beautiful condo with all the amenities, great view, easy access to well kept pool and beach. I can’t think of a better, more relaxing place for our quick getaway weekend. We were there for the beach but it was an easy ride over to Fernandina Beach to enjoy the picturesque town center and eat some absolutely delicious food! We plan to be back!

What a special time with family at this beautiful and thoughtfully designed condo! The balcony views of the beach are so peaceful looking out over the well manicured landscape and dunes while the layout gives plenty of space for family and/or friends to be together! The owner gives accurate and detailed description of what is included when staying at Shipwatch. The owner's explanation answered all our questions about staying in a new place (Amelia Island) and affirmed our choice of staying at this condo and location! We enjoyed the location of a 10-15 minute walk to many of the Omni activities and restaurants while having more privacy at the Shipwatch pool and beach area. This condo provides many beach chairs and towels and there is also additional chair/umbrella rentals if needed. There are bikes to rent nearby and the Par 3, 10 hole golf course is perfect for family fun! The condo provided supplies if you want to use the grilling area located near the pool. This property is so clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this condo for your Amelia Island vacation and would definitely rent again!

We loved this property! The access to the beach and pool were perfect! The unit was beautiful and well stocked. Great beach chairs and beach towels and the basics you need in the kitchen. We would love to come back!
