NYE Slumber Party

We are locals and rented this home for the night so a bunch of us friends can be together. Plenty of space for sleeping arrangement and room on the first floor. We played games all night and was able to watch some fireworks from the rooftop/deck area at midnight. Property management was great as well!

Great for a beach getaway and Mayo Clinic

Our family traveled to Jacksonville both for a Mayo Clinic visit and proximity to the airport. This property was close to the beach and lots of restaurants.. Whole Foods within walking distance. Property was clean and the manager was very responsive. The only negative was that the icemaker did not work. Overall pleased with our stay.

Great Jax Beach Site!

Impressed and laid out well for our stay. Close to beach and restaurants, bars and shops. Window blinds some do NOT work to open and close etc...otherwise out stay was perfect.

Fun stay a block off the beach

I rented this townhouse for an air show. It was very convenient to have facilities 1.5 blocks off the beach to use the restroom etc. It was clean, modern and didn't feel crowded when I had a max of 8 people visiting. There is shopping and dining within walking distance. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and the check in/check out process was very easy.

Location was perfect. Walking distance from beach. It also had major stores near by like target and Trader Joe’s for groceries. Even a seafood market. It was a perfect stay!

Location, Location, Location

The property was so clean and beachy. Just a quick walk over to the beach. My big boys liked having their own space downstairs. The stairs were a little tricky for our disabled daughter but it worked out fine. We would love to come to stay again.

Don't be deceived

From the pictures this place looks amazing, but in all honesty this IS THE WORST lay out I have ever seen for a townhouse, especially a rental townhouse. 1) Good luck trying to get your luggage and lots of groceries in using the cement blocks that lead to side door. The garage "is not part of the agreement" per property manager. 2) Be careful because there is absolutely no mention or pictures of the 2nd staircase. These are not your regular staircases either. They are 17 steps instead of the regular 13. When you have older people staying and someone with a bum knee, this can be a huge inconvenience. Especially, with luggage and groceries. (I will say that the property manager offered to move us into another home, but didn't offer to help with taking our stuff down) We declined the move. 3) The lamp in the living room was broken and the curtains were broken. Property Manager was not helpful. 4) If happen to make it to the top after all those ridiculous stairs, make sure to bring a stepping stool to reach the buttons on the dryer. Way too high up. 5) If you think you can't hear anything how about someone going and back and forth (neighbors) at 4am. It was not good at all. I even texted property manager at 4am and heard nothing for the rest of the trip. 6) Last, but definitely not least, the upstairs is bonkers. There are 2 bedrooms up there and only bathroom IN THE MASTER BEDROOM!!! Yes, people that is correct, you HAVE TO go into the master bedroom from the other room if you want to take a shower or use the bathroom at 5am. There is only a half bath on the main floor and a full bathroom in the basement" Would definitely NOT stay here again. DO NOT BE DECEIVED

Great Getaway

The condo was great! Very clean and in a great area. The beach was so close and there were shops and restaurants within walking distance! The only thing I would say was that if you’re going with couples, the bathroom situation is a little tricky with two bedrooms upstairs and only one bathroom and you have to go through the bedroom to get to the shower, but sharing a bathroom was no big deal for us. Just a heads up that you’ll have to share the bathroom upstairs! I would stay here again though because it was so nice!

Perfect location and Home!

We had a group of 6 people for a wedding. Everything from the house to the location was perfect! Communicating with the host was super easy and they were very accommodating. Overall excellent experience. Definite worth the stay if you are visiting the Jax Beach area

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Jacksonville Florida. We booked two units 2149 and 2151 and had plenty of room for our entire family. The property was very clean and very close to the beach. We had an easy check in and check out process. The Property Manager was very responsive and help accommodate our needs. We will definitely book here again!
