Our stay was very nice I enjoyed the minibar and the availability of soda at the spot, everything I might have forgot or missed from home was provided including filtered water, cat treats and lots of blankets. I was impressed by the amount of available towels and toiletries. Very easy to access and in a nice neighborhood.

The place was very clean. The host was probably the best we have experienced in our years of using VRBO. He communicated very clearly and was most hospitable. There were two pet dishes outside of the front door upon our arrival; this told us our pet was very welcome. The location was great - quiet neighborhood and within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to go. Great shopping and restaurants were close, and we were just 3 miles from the hospital (which was the main reason for our trip). I highly recommend staying here.

Will likely come back!

I chose this property for two reasons: the nearness to a friend whose birthday I was celebrating and the price. What I didn’t expect was the pair of cupcakes waiting for me and the amount of communication to make sure everything was going well. I’m still getting used to traveling solo, and Daiv made it so easy.

Visiting family in Jacksonville over a long weekend.

Daiv's property was clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom and dining area. It was a wonderfully quiet home in a lovely neighborhood close to where our family members live, shops, stores and restaurants and beautiful parks. Five stars all around. We would definitely rent this apartment again. And Daiv left us some tasty cupcakes too!!! Thanks for a great stay.

Nice downstairs unit

Daiv was an awesome host. Long, long exchanges about restaurants for lunches and dinners. With kind follow-up afterward to see if I enjoyed the meal. Generally speaking, very responsive to questions via text and the app. The unit I stayed in was the downstairs unit. Easy access, plenty of parking, quiet neighborhood.

Hip 1st floor 1bedroom w/lots of nice touches

We appreciated being able to pull into the driveway since our SUV was pretty full. The partial fence made it nice for our dog. I really love Riverside just a short distance away. and the house was clean and cool. We loved the experience.

Best VRBO experience ever!

I have stayed throughout the world using the Vrbo app and this was the best overall experience I have had. Not only was everything as it was advertised, but the apartment was wonderfully decorated and packed with extras. Even more impressive was Daiv’s attention to detail, his constant contact and immediate responses when I texted him. His properties or my home away from home when I’m in Jacksonville.

Can't say enough

This property was perfect, clean, quite not even a dog barking, wonderfully decorated, just like the photos. But it was the bed that I loved the most so great, I even contacted Daiv later about were he got it. Rent this place you will NOT be disappointed.

Great Little Spot

We loved our stay here. The neighborhood at first glance felt sketchy but everyone was friendly and what a location! This is clearly an up and coming neighborhood, right near lots of great restaurants - Daiv recommended Blue Fish and Carmine's and both were fantastic. Sitting outside enjoying our coffee in the morning was a highlight each day. Wonderfully stocked kitchen, comfy bed and AC - a necessity down here. This place has everything you need.

All That & More!!!

Daiv is an enjoyable host who takes good care of his guest. Feeling welcomed and safe is priceless, however, this cozy spot is all that and more! From Daiv's warmth to the fresh and zesty decor, a location near all the eateries, kitchen/bathroom/bedroom essentials galore and a price that cannot be beaten! We will be back whenever we're in Jax.

Cozy and well decorated

This apartment is perfect for two. My husband and I felt at home, and much more comfortable than if we had stayed in a hotel. It is very clean, and the decor was cheerful and pleasant. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking if you desire. The shower had excellent water pressure. Perfect spot to stay in if you want to explore Jacksonville. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area.

Very cozy and comfy with a true 5star host.

Daiv was so hospitable and the accommodations were through the roof. He met us at the rental and guided us through all that was available. And his knowledge of the area and local services was vast. And just Incase you can’t remember all the places he mentioned, he printed them in a reference guide!!! The rental itself is what you see in the pics. It’s cozy and quaint with a lot of personality. The fenced in back yard is private and quiet also. We really felt welcomed and at home during this stay and look forward to coming back in the future. Thank you Daiv!!!

Close to lots of fun dining and shopping spots

Daiv provided a very comfortable and welcoming apartment, complete with all types of kitchen and bath supplies. I would call the neighborhood “transitional”, but we always felt safe. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family in Lakeshore and there were no hotels nearby.

Great owner! A personalized experience well worth it.

At first you may observe the neighborhood area to look shabby but this downstairs unit matched the pictures shown. There is a unit above but the noise level was fine during my stay. There are security cameras monitoring the property from all angles. This feature provided peace of mind. Was offered a tour of the area and recommendation of local eating places. There was a special gift of two specialty cupcakes that were very decilious. If you desire to cook on site this is the kitchen away from home to do it in. Everything is readily available for use. I really appreciated the daily check-ins to ensure my stay was meeting my expectations. I must mention the water pressure of the shower head is the BEST! 😃Thank you!
