Another amazing family vacay.

The property was as described and the elevator was super helpful in unloading and loading. The balconies had amazing views and we could watch fireworks from the back balcony on the 4th. Kitchen well appointed and house is nicely furnished. Highly recommend!

Amazing

This property is just as described online. The location to the pool and beach is perfect for families. This is the second time we have stayed here and we will definitely stay here when we visit Topsail again. The owner checked on us which we appreciated and the property manager responed immediately when we had a question about the grill and showed up within minutes with propane and even cleaned the grill while he was there. The checkout process is easy. Beautiful, well furnished, roomy for large groups and we all loved it! Our ages ranged from 5 months to 60 years and it was ideal for all.

Lovely home in quiet town

We loved everything about North Topsail …and we had a weeklong hurricane. From the front door, you can be at the beach and pool in 30 seconds. The home is lovely and well situated. One thing that would’ve been helpful to know is the garage is floor one…then there are three bedrooms on floor 2, 3 bedrooms on floor 3 and the living space is on floor 4. Each room has plenty of space and even bedrooms that didn’t have a bathroom were so close to a bathroom, it felt private. A few suggestions I’d have is a new grill. There was no propane and when we got some, only two burners were working. Not the end of the world but helpful to know if you’re planning to grill a bunch. The second thing is maybe a chair or two on every deck? Most of them did have chairs…but a few didn’t. The beach is wonderful! There’s a coffee shop about 2 miles down which was great, coffee joy. Bob the property manager was easy to get ahold of and work with. Kitchen is well stocked and we’d definitely stay again!

Loved the elevator, hated the ants

We very much appreciated and utilized the elevator. Unfortunately, the little ants were in a few rooms - the kitchen and the bedroom on the sound side of the floor 2. We sprayed the ant spray near the garbage cans near the back door and wiped down the baseboard around the kitchen island with a paper towel spray with Raid. The little guys were on the counter near the coffee pot and the island. My niece lost a pound of fudge that was sitting on top of her dresser because the ants had gotten into the box. Floor 2 was uncomfortably warm all week (76-78 degrees). Suggestions: strainer (for pasta)that wr

Great vacation!

We had a lovely time! The space was as described, everything was very neat/clean, and everything worked. Easy beach access, tons of parking. Very close to the pier if you like fishing. We found hundreds of shark teeth, kids had a blast. Our only 3 wishes - slightly more cooking pots/pans and casserole type dishes/brownie pans, and that you didn't have to go into one of the bedrooms to do laundry (washer and dryer are in one of the bedroom closets), and then final wish would be for a 2nd fridge (but we were also a big group and like to cook for the week!). It really was great. easy to check in, and they were responsive questions very quickly. Great experience overall.

Perfection for a family of all ages.

There were 12 of us ranging in age from 61 (with a disability) to age 1. It was great. Location of the beach, pool, and house are all with in 50 yards or less of each other. ❤️

Fabulous beach house!

We had 8 adults and 7 children stay for a week in June and had a wonderful trip! The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved that the living area was on the top floor with the best views. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was great on cooler evenings. Checkin and checkout was simple. It only took a minute to get to the beach each day. Our kids loved the community pool. There were a few extra touches that we really appreciated: The house had extra pool and beach toys. Multiple extra pack-n-plays for toddlers. There was artificial turf in the garage that removed sand from our feet-it really cut down on sand being tracked in! And there's a retractable baby gate by the living room stairs-very helpful to keep the toddler in our group safe!

Beach Vacation Top Sail

This property is perfect for a multi family beach vacation! Beach access and pool were great! The house is large enough that everyone has space to sleep and relax! My only recommendation is that there be more porch furniture, the sound side bedroom balconies had none and one of the king bedroom balconies only had one chair. Many like to relax on their balcony so adding this would make the house perfect for future stays. The elevator is a nice convenience, especially for groceries. All in all a great house and location.

7 day vacation w Family

Duplex was in a great location and basically right on the beach, it was easy to walk to the beach for everyone. Nicely decorated inside. We had a few minor issues but Property Manager Bob did a great job getting things fixed timely.

Perfect location!

Loved being able to go back and forth to the beach so easily and having the pool is a nice extra. The space is the perfect setup for a large group. Plenty of room for everyone, nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. The only small issue we had was lack of cookware, they had nice pots and pans but no baking pans so had to buy some disposable ones. Not a big deal but just a heads up. Overall great place!

STUNNING property, AMAZING location, PERFECT for large groups and families

My family absolutely LOVED our experience at 826. We most definitely will be back. It provided the perfect amount of space and amenities for two large families and five kids aged 3-7. The easy access to the beach and ability to have a pool onsite were exactly what we needed. The house had everything we needed and made for a wonderful week for everyone.

Family vacation
