Please know the signed registration we have on file from your check in indicates; Town of Jackson winter parking restrictions are in effect from November 1st to April 15th. No parking is allowed on town streets from 3 am to 7 am every night (regardless of weather conditions). We have complimentary parking available in our parking lot or garage. Trailers are not allowed in the garage or parking lot. If our parking areas are full, free public parking is available on 150 W Simpson Ave. Parking on Gill Street directly in front of the building is limited to 3 hours from 9 am to 6 pm. Please know we also have it on file that you had a late check out approved for 12:00pm the next day. We also always aim to be as transparent as possible with respect to our listings, and do demonstrate all elements in photos to ensure our guests can make the most informed decision when confirming their bookings. We do offer a variety of accommodations, that have full kitchens available, and had we known more about your needs during your booking process we would have advised the most appropriate accommodation for your expected stay and would love to welcome the opportunity to work with you more directly in the future.

We also mention that the breakfast is a grab and go, and that seating with this style of breakfast is not available. Upon testing all of the phone numbers we had provided to you, we were unsuccessful in troubleshooting the matter with the Emergency phone number, as it appears to be working and available.
