Completely run down. Looks like the hotel was recently purchased and had some paint thrown on the outside to make it look presentable.

That place is nasty as heck. The roaches will jump in the shower with you. Everything about the place is a HELL NO.... the hotel is basically for prostitution, pimps, and drugs😒😡

Absolutely disgusting, bathroom was literally falling apart, pieces of ceiling were on the tub and all over the floor. The room smelled like cockroaches.

One of my days I was there housekeeping came in room w/o knocking. At end of stay had to show receipt, the gentleman behind the counter did not even know I had gave $50 deposit. He was sitting in same room with the check in person upon checking in. So glad I asked for the receipt.

After arriving, saw the exterior of the Hotel was more design like a Motel. The grounds and overall upkeed was neglected, grass was calf high or more. Checked in, desk clerk was nice and accommodating. Check the room found several issues that needed addressing, light switch plate was missing in the bathroom, smells, bathtub stained, toilet was disgusting, for example. The city location was scary and seem to be unsafe. Do not recommend this place.

PESIMO HOTEL

UN PESIMO HOTEL, TODA LA NOCHE HUBO PELEAS EN LOS PASILLOS, QUE NO DEJABAN DORMIR, PARECIERA SER HOTEL DE MALEANTES, LA HABITACIÓN SUCIA, APENAS AMANECIO Y TUVIMOS QUE HUIR DE AHI. CERO ESTRELLAS

The value for money is good

In general, the service is good, the value for money is good, you get what you pay for, fortunately it is being remodeled to expect to give a better service, arriving at the hotel is a bit difficult since the location is different in the GPS, unfortunately the other guests are too loud, I know it's normal but they should do something about it, sometimes it's hard to sleep because of the screaming

Unsafe!!!!!

The man in the office was rude. He just said,”driver’s license” and threw a form and key card through the window slot to us. The grounds looked unsafe and litter was everywhere. The room door lock was broken and the chain ripped off. The drawer was missing in the dresser and the room was very dirty, including cigarette burns in the bedding. We immediately went down to ask about it, but before we said anything the guy just yelled, “Give me the key back”. I guess he knew how bad it was. Tried to ask for a refund since it was so unsafe there, but he refused and hotels.com was not able to refund me. Stay away!

I know you "get what you pay for" with hotels, but this was more like a fraternity house than a hotel. It didn't have the basics - like a small coffee pot or a toilet paper holder (is that even an amenity?). It had holes in the wall, open/bent vent and fan openings, a dirty microwave, missing switches on the lamp, and non-working smoke detectors. The staff was friendly, but I'm not sure they know how to actually clean a room. There were streaks on the bathroom faucets, and the tub was gross. I'd avoid this property and try one of the other places nearby.

Extremely rude check in

The man that checked me in was extremely rude to me. When i asked for a downstairs room because i cannot take stairs, he threw a huge cussing fit and flipped out. He changed my room and tgen gave me a key card that didn't work. He also wouldn't tell me if the room he gave me was non-smoking, which was required. The room didn't have a chain or any safety locks on the door.

I was to arrive from Ga prior to midnight(which is the cut-off for check-in), but since it was so late we decided to email the hotel letting them know we would send our daughter, who’s in college there in Jackson, Ms, to check in for us & get our keys so we didn’t have to when we got there. Roughly 10:30pm I missed a call from the guy working at the OYO, so since I was driving I had my husband call back only to have the gentleman say that he had sold our room. He did so because my daughter, who did not make the reservation, decided it was unsuitable & did not check-in upon her arrival but once she saw the property got back in her car & left. To make matters worse they then charge my card anyway for no-show!! Would never recommend to anyone because of this type of shady management. Even if my daughter didn’t get the keys we got there at 11pm & would have checked in had he not sold our room from under us & not call us while she was there to ask what WE wanted to do since we had the reservations. SHAME ON YOU OYO!!!!!!

The Stay was ok

People who work there are very nice and helpful. The beds are very stiff and uncomfortable and the bathroom wasn't that clean. The door is busted up like someone tried to break in recently.
