This was one of my worst experiences in hotel! First of all the place was not very well Kept, and Secondly, there was people donw the hall fighting and yelling. They also had kids running down the hall until midnight. There's not much of a selection for snacks or food at the hotel either.

We chose this hotel because of the pool and the king bed option. Unfortunately the pool was a disappointment because of the pool temperature which was frigid, When we asked the desk person about this, they replied that the owner wanted to keep the pool cold because of the cost of heating the water.

Place was quiet and pretty comfortable.. And convenient location for our event. Shower had no vent, so the bathroom was a sauna. Breakfast was not good.

Clean, comfortable. Only complaint is that the room was booked for 3 people (king and sofa bed), but I had to argue for a third bath towel when there was only 2. Front desk said they were fully booked, and almost out of towels, but I felt we should at least have a towel for each person registered…. Anyway, he eventually gave us one. Everything else was great.

Bed Bugs in multiple rooms!!
A group of us all booked rooms at this hotel. ..upon moving blankets back, there were bugs in every bed. In all the rooms our group booked. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk attendant, their response was “yeah, they come and go” WHAT? Hotels.com refunded me the points I used for the stay but the hotel would not refund me the remaining balance. Completely and utterly disgusted that this was handled so poorly. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

Door Keys That Don't Work!
When I booked our 6 night stay, I requested a room that was close to the elevator or on the first floor. I also requested an accessible room since I have difficulty in walking. We were given a room on the first floor, but way down towards the end of the hall. The young man working at check-in said that we could park down by the end of the hotel and use the door to enter there. We were not given an accessible room. There were at least 3 different times when we tried to use our key to enter the building and it didn't work. My husband walked around the building to the front door to ask for assistance. The lady at the desk gave him 2 different keys. We found out that the hotel clearly had the instructions on our room selection. The other problem was that a small concrete ramp had been built at the door we entered, and it was fairly steep for me. Other than these issues, our room was nice, comfortable, and clean. We ate breakfast once, and it was very good. I've learned a lesson from this that I need to double check at check in for the kind of room that I need. I may even call directly to the hotel to make sure that I get what I need.

Was woke up at 1015 by housekeeping just coming in our room then 15 min later a guy pounds on door to clean. Keep in mind this is only 1030 at this point. Checkout is 11 and I asked for a late checkout time so I do not know why they feel it’s acceptable to just use their key and come n our room before checkout time. I went and checked out at 1040 and lady at front desk said she Checked us out and it was her fault but if you want to not be walked in on 45 min before checkout then this is your place if you prefer respect this isn’t your place to stay.

What a dump
The room was dusty. Microwave didn’t work and closed captioning on TV didn’t work. I am hearing impaired and know very well how to operate most televisions. Desk clerk didn’t understand my questions about it either. I travel this area monthly and wouldn’t stay there for free again

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice. We were staying here for the night before going home and the room was very big, had a microwave and mini fridge and it was very nice and clean. It has a indoor pool although we didnt use it. Nice hotel to stay in.

There was a bunch of kids with their coaches and the coaches sat downstairs while the kids were running around the halls slamming doors half the night called front desk he said he would take care of it went down stairs and talked to him and went down for a third time and he finally moved them The front desk lady checked us in we went to the room and was getting ready for a wedding and she just walked in our room she said she was making sure it was clean didn’t knock we went to the pool and all the kids were screaming and running around in there as well Not enjoyable at all lost a lot of sleep

The location is ideal for interstate travel. Complimentary breakfast was nice with the exception of having two types of sausages, which I thought was unnecessary. The patties were delicious but the links were unnecessary. I would have loved to had a choice of bacon instead. The room was outdated, which did not add to the overall vacation experience. Otherwise, no other complaints or suggestions.
