Adorable and charming cabin. Even better than the pictures. Very comfortable upstairs bed. As it was just the two of us we only used the one bedroom but the others looked comfortable as well. Super clean and very responsive hosts. Close to everything. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

New Years Trip

We had a great stay at this charming Jackson home for New Year’s Eve! The house was very clean and everything we could need was provided. We enjoyed the amazing hot tub and cozy wood stove. The owner was so nice and helpful and made check in/out very easy! We loved staying here!

White Mountain cabin

Beautiful property nestled in the mountains. Spent a snowy Thanksgiving here, had a wonderful time with the family. Trails nearby so great for hiking, biking and cross-country skiing. Loved the luxury of a hot tub after hiking in the snow. Comfortable and cozy.

Perfect getaway!

Our second annual guys trip was met with this beautiful property that had something for everyone. Hot tub and firepit were great to soak up after a day hiking in the local hills. Close enough to North Conway for great breweries and food, far enough to feel out of the city! Would stay here again!

Cozy cabin lodge with a view

Loved our week at this house. It’s very well laid out with two sitting/ living areas which was nice for adults vs. the teens. The kitchen is very sweet and compact. We used the hot tub daily after our long hikes and it was a great way to relax.

Lovely home. Wonderful stay.

We loved our stay in Jackson at this property. The house really is charming and architecturally interesting. It's very clean and we felt comfortable. Hosts were kind and available. To explain my 4 stars -- The lack of central air during a hot week, the steep driveway and proximity on a road where cars sometimes drove quite fast, the 4th bedroom being a central walk-through den right in the middle of everything, the 3rd bedroom being just a bit larger than the bunk beds -- those were things we would have loved to have been different. The window A/C units were strong, but they only cooled the upstairs and the living room. Very, very warm in the 2nd bedroom, even with 2 fans. But we had a good time, and we are grateful. Hot tub was awesome, bathrooms were clean, master suite upstairs was so nice (except for open window in master bathroom to downstairs). Kitchen was fun, if lacking in room to maneuver. I think the house would be fine for a family with 2 or 3 young kids. For 4 adults it was pushing it, especially on a hot summer week. Thank you!

A Fantastic Family Getaway

Driving up to the house was breathtaking. So welcoming with all the flowers and entryway. We walked in and we’re just as a amazed! The pictures do not do justice to this house. There were 5 of us in total and there was so much room. My girls loved the bunk beds. My mother had her own room of the second living area. Upstairs was a dream for my husband and I. Such an open plan with lots of windows. We loved all the windows. Gave us a great view when a small black bear walked through the backyard! The hot tub was so welcoming after walking around the parks all day. We did try the fire pit but some of the wood was a little wet still from the rain that happened earlier in the week, but we made the best of it and managed to get the fire enough to cook marshmallows. We love coming to New Hampshire and will definitely stay here again. The owners were easy to contact leading up to our stay and didn’t mind the strange questions we had. If we could give more than 5 stars we would!

Excellent cabin with everything you need!

We had a wonderful time in Jackson! The pictures online don’t do this home justice. When I tell you, this place is well stocked, I mean it! When we have rented in the past, we have always had to provide our own cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towel, etc., there were plenty of pans for cooking, paper, towels, coffee pot, utensils, etc. we are very pleased with that! The furniture was extremely comfortable, which was also a nice surprise. Little hiccup with the weather, which prohibited some activities, but that’s what happens in the mountains in the summer. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back to this mountain retreat again.

Awesome Stay!

Great home on beautiful property. The house was large and clean with plenty of comfortable seating. The beds were also comfortable and bathrooms were nice. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels. The kitchen was cozy and well stocked. We loved the location which is close to town but still private. Overall it was a perfect stay!

Great Location

We gave the low rating for cleanliness due to the fact that there were mice droppings all over the kitchen (counter tops, stove, in some cupboards, etc.), droppings were also on some on the living room tables and one morning on our hot tub towels. We had to pay for mouse traps with our own money, which put us off. Because there was so much mouse activity and droppings every morning, we had to wash all pots and pans before and after using them, and clean the mouse droppings up, which cut into our vacation relaxation time, and we had to pay for the cleaner as well. It is a beautiful location to stay in: lots of waterfall hikes to explore near the house and plenty of hiking available nearby in the White Mountains, Crawford Notch State Park, Franconia Notch State Park, The Flume Gorge, etc. We enjoyed the hot tub after long hikes and on rainy days: we even got to see two bear cubs come down the hill one evening. Would recommend window coverings, especially bathrooms. Would recommend servicing the patio slider door, as it will not lock and one of the dining room windows as it won't fully lock.
