Host was welcoming & the house was very comfortable in a great location for walks. Enjoyed the hot tub & the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. The only glitch we had was that the oven wasn’t working. We called the caretakers & someone was there within minutes to fix it. Impressive.

This property was great! Very clean and the hot tub was a great addition! Host is extremely responsive and great to work with. Only complaint was there were not enough towels or soap in the showers. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning!

The Royal Wolfs

Our recent stay with Wyadho Properties was very enjoyable. This house has great character, a relaxing hot tub, and lots of opportunity for memory making. One of our favorite places we’ve stayed out of many the vacations we’ve taken in the area. The Wydaho Roasters Coffee House was a favorite spot for our family too; they had delicious pastries and some of the best coffee in town.

Great place!

Mine and my brother’s families stayed here on a recent trip to the Grand Tetons (4 adults/8 children). We wanted somewhere less expensive than Jackson Hole and this location was perfect! The house was very clean, well stocked, and Jim was fantastic about communication. The kids loved the bunk room and small room they called the game room on the main level. Plenty of space for all of us. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again! Having air conditioning was a plus!

I had a very relaxing stay with my pup at this property. The hot tub was perfect, the table worked wonderfully as my workstation, and the bed was so comfortable! Everything was clean and management was very communicative.

Issues

The pot belly stove fan needs attention- it’s really loud. TV in master suite didn’t work, could be the seniors tach ability. A very enjoyable stay, we’ll be back.

50th birthday trip

The location was great because we skied Jackson Hole and Grand Targhee so it was right in the middle of both. The hot tub only worked for a portion of our stay. And the people that came out to look at it and try to fix it did not, and we’re not able to. So that was a huge bummer because one of our friends hurt their back while skiing. The hot water didn’t work on arrival. We had to have them come out at 830AM the next morning to fix. Because by the time we realized the hot water wasn’t working when we checked in it was too late… Kind of put a damper on the start of the ski day. But they were able to get it fixed. There are no End tables/nightstands next to the bed in the upstairs bedroom so there’s no place to put any of your things. Not nearly enough outlets for everything that most people require phone watches, etc. And no power cords to alleviate the situation or extension cords. Most of the master bedroom closet was taken up with owner storage and a huge dog kennel which was very weird. So I had to use the bedroom across the hall by the hot tub as a closet, which was also full of a Christmas tree, and other storage,which could’ve easily been put in the garage…Coffee maker literally took an hour and a half to brew a full pot. And the couches are completely blown out and very old and very hard to get out of not comfortable at all. The host was argumentative instead helpful when we were trying to get things fixed. Won’t stay again. Won’t recommend.
